Room was dirty. Floor felt grimy, the sheets were not washed. The pull out bed was broken. To be able to sleep on it, you needed to be diagonal so you wouldn't fall into it. The fridge was filthy and smelled horrible. The front desk check in/out staff were very friendly, and they are who my 2 stars are for.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. The lady managing the breakfast area was a wonderful human being, despite the awful conduct of many of the other guests towards her and other staff. Location was surprisingly well maintained for the low cost, truly the other guests were the only negative feature.

Friendly service. Shower in pool area did not work.....found it syrange thete was no lid on the toilet in the room(it was an accessible room). Had an adjoining room and the family that was in that room wss noisy-the kids were making noise until well after 11pm!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Our room had a second window above desk and the blinds were not long enough so sun would peak through. Pool area needs a refresh. Hot tub is tiny and pool itself was cold. My little guy still loved it though. Breakfast was ok just not enough space for guests and the 1 staff member had a hard time keeping up refilling and cleaning area. She was super friendly and helped make pancakes for my little guy even though she was so busy. Pancake machine would stop working after every couple guest. For the price and location it is clean and quiet and we would stay again. And the staff are very friendly

Everyone here is so friendly, I plan on staying again very soon. Even with the staff having to go up and down to multiple rooms with the key card problem they were having, everyone still had smiles on their faces. Thank-you
