Great view and terrace, quite comfortable
Nice apartment with a great view and nice terrace. Seems strictly a rental property - doesn't look ever lived in. Check in process somewhat awkward if you have a car (and garage parking spot is also a bit awkward to get into).Convenient to downtown and lots of restaurants. Unfortunately many homeless and drug users in the immediate area, but no one in any way problematic.
