Fantastic hotel! Absolutely would stay there again.

Decor was nice but pool lettering faded offworn looking. Lobby was nice.firepkacd not lit would have been nice. Rooms very basic no chairs on balcony no coffee in lobby . That would have been nice. Complimentary coffee hour . For the money there are better properties to stay at.

It is a good hotel to stay. The room is clean, and location is good to access. We only stayed one night, but we are satisfied with the service provided by the hotel and its staff.

Staff was great and friendly. The location was very central to many restaurants.

I liked the location and how close it was to 17th street.

Nice hotel in good location. We were upgraded to bigger room

Nice hotel, but nothing spectacular. Good location, very close to Calgary Tower. Parking is pricey ($24 CDN for self-park, $30 for valet). They did give me a free upgrade on my room to include a balcony (basically a concrete walkout with a view of the pool), but room was comfortable and clean.

There is nothing special about this property except perhaps its location. The room I stayed in was rather drab.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm sorry your stay was not up to standards. To address some items you mentioned: Our pool and outdoor courtyard were renovated this year. the decal installed on the bottom of the pool definitely needs some replacing as it has not been as durable as we anticipated. This is something we will be completing soon. The climate in Calgary can change quite rapidly, and our lobby fireplace is not able to be turned on and off as easily as some others. Thus we generally wait to keep it on until winter is here to stay (which in Calgary is never as late as we would like). While our rooms do not have patio furniture on the balconies, we can provide chairs or side tables if requested. We do offer complimentary coffee in our lobby prior to our restaurant opening in the morning. After that, Yellow Door Bistro is able to serve up a world class cup of Joe. I do hope we can welcome you back again soon!
