Great location. Valet parking was exceptional! The breakfast was good quality with real ceramic plates and metal silverware! One elevator was down so the wait to get around took a while. However, the service and accommodation made up for the small inconvenience. Thank you! John & Perla

Very close to the Calgary Stampede Parade route (convenient for folks visiting Calgary for the Stampede). Great location - also walking distance from Stephen Av (pedestrian-only shopping district), Calgary Tower. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great diner adjacent to the hotel - “Beltliner”. Breakfast was OK (the oatmeal had the consistency of gruel). Other than that, the basic fare was alright: scrambled eggs, toast, yogurt, apples / oranges.

I would recommend this hotel. Clean, bright, nice rooms. My only beefs are the sheets on the beds are scratchy and the valet setup is not efficient (I had to retrieve my own car or miss an important appointment, even after requesting my car 30 minutes before).

The room was very nice, good view of the city. The bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were tiny. The tv was large and we were able to stream from our streaming services. There are some great restaurants nearby and it’s an easy walk to shopping and other restaurants. There are a lot of homeless in the area. We did not feel very comfortable parking our car there. That being said nothing happened to the vehicle.
