First of all air condition was not working. You can imagine during day temp was above 32 celsius. and very small windows. We complained and they send someone up to turn on and off the breaker. We all know that air condition in hotel are central ( I think she was just doing to insult our intelligence), it was working in hallway, but not in room. We were exhausted so in no mood to argue. Breakfast was horrendous, the fruit were rotting with ants. I don't even know how this hotel got the rating that it got. Room was clean, that is about it.
The staff at the Staybridge is amazing! From the moment I arrived at YYC with a prompt and friendly shuttle driver, to the wonderful front desk staff that checked me into my room and addressed me by name everytime I saw them. I was so impressed with the quality of service. My room had a full kitchen and great tub. The daily breakfast buffet was an added treat as well as fresh cookies in the lobby each afternoon. I stayed four nights and the experience was so fantastic, I will definitely stay there again.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Each guestroom has individual air conditioning and it appears that your was not working. For that I apologize. Breakfast includes bacon or sausage, eggs, waffles and assorted other items. Thank you for your feedback.
