We loved our suite. It was clean. Staff were friendly. Issues with the internet and couldnt seem to get the front desk to help us. Showered in the morning and there for zero hot water for any of us.

Staff were amazing, breakfast was a great variety, bed was super comfy, Hot tub wasn’t very hot two nights in a row. they didn’t tend to our room the second day, but we’re quick to accommodate when we called for toilet paper, towels, and coffee. Amazing Italian restaurant right behind Hotel and a great international grocery store for snacks or food you could cook in the kitchenette.

Above and beyond!

We arrived super late due to canceled flights and multiple delays. We were unable to get our rental car because the car rental was closed. The hotel paid for a cab voucher for us both ways and offered us a late check out. It was so incredibly helpful after almost 24 hours of travel.

After checking in and swimming with our children in the pool (which is quite cold), we came back to our room to find that there was no hot water at all in the room. We waiting in our wet bathing suits for over 45 minutes until the peraon at the front desk could confirm that there was another room to move us to. My husband had to go in search of this despite a few calls to reception to check on when this new room would be ready. I would not stay here again. I’ve never written a hotel review before in my life, bit for our 1 night stay, not having hot water and the reception staff taking much longer than I would expect to rectify the situation, I thought I should write one this time.
