Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Functional space, but we were immediately disappointed. The pictures online didn't seem to reflect the aging nature of the space or amenities. Positives: Gorgeous view of the water and downtown vibe from the porch, washer and dryer was very helpful, clean towels and bed linens, and host was kind. It is in a location that allows easy travel/accessibility downtown. Negatives: No hand towels or wash cloths for 5 people, 4 body towels offered (we found a 5th in the linen closet), 5th person has to sleep on a short couch, master shower curtain riddled with mildew and smell, and masterbath shower mat looked unclean/aged. One tiny kitchen garbage can with no other trash bags. Carpet needs a steam clean.No mention of parking setup until I asked--parking on the street with multiple homeless folks lurking in the shadows upon arrival. Overall, functional experience that could have been improved with fresh touches to make the space more accommodating.
