Persons on the property: · The house is rented in full for exclusive use by guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of people in the booking and there cannot be more people staying/visiting at the same time on the property.Check-in:· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.. Key collection is done at our office from 16:00 to 19:00Carrer de les Antilles 1317310 Lloret de Mar.- Option of key delivery at the accommodation. Must be requested 48 hours in advance before the check-in day. The house must be properly tidied, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of 100€ will be charged from the guarantee deposit.IMPORTANT:In properties where pets are accepted, their owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.Beach towels are not provided.Keys:· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per booking to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith rate, to be charged on-site to the technician. Rules:· Guests accept to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 22:00 and 8:00 in the morning.· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property. - If there are complaints from neighbours or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately. Lighting candles or any other objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling is prohibited.· Pets are allowed.· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or any loss during your stay.
