What an amazing month long stay we had. From the very beginning our host Serena was responsive, caring, warm and most helpful. On our day of checkin she arranged to meet us in the local town to take us to this gem of a property and help us settle in.It is a beautiful country home nestled in the olive groves, with luxurious gardens, including a running stream, multiple patios with beautiful stone work and an outdoor grill. The views of the mountains above the groves of olives are outstanding. The numerous fruit trees, and kiwi vines immerse one in being in Tuscany.The home is spacious. We easily settled in and felt we were "home away from home". The beds are super comfortable, and the baths large and spacious by European standards. There is an abundantly supplied kitchen and dining area with sufficient items to host large gatherings and families. We enjoyed dining outside most days in the lovely spring weather, surrounded by the blooming fruit and olive trees, under blue skies and lovely sun, while serenaded by the running stream.The location in the mountains provided a quiet setting - no traffic noises! There is an amazing masseuse living in a nearby property which we delighted in more than once. We found a place to drop off the laundry and return the next day to pick it up, clean and nicely folded. We enjoyed local walks and day trips to the sea and inland within Tuscany which were easy and enjoyable.We look forward to returning to the serenity and romance!
