Excelente localização. Excelente atendimento dos funcionários, super e prestativos e atenciosos. Ar condicionado funcionando bem. Os hóspedes que não colaboram pois fazem muita zuada a noite é de manhã cedo. Sinalizei para recepção que ficou de tomar medidas para minimizar esses acontecimentos. Os banheiros precisam de manutenção.

Os funcionarios da pousada foram muito educados e simpáticos. O cafe da mamha também estava gostoso e farto. No entanto, ficamos 24h sem internet. O banheiro dava choques, mesmo com a torneira do chuveiro envolta de fita isolante. O banheiro tb nao continha ganchos para pendurar toalhas, pois estavam todos quebrados. A localizacao da pousada é otima, a segunda praia é maravilhosa mas bem cheia. No entanto, a localizacao do google maps esta errada. Ela se localiza no segundo quarteirão, para trás.

Me surpreendeu!

Estive hospedado por 5 dias. O atendimento da Cida, que é a proprietária, foi maravilhoso. A pousda está localizada no melhor lugar de Morro. Ao lado de mercadinhos, restaurante e ha dois minutos da praia. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com destaque para as tortas de frango, que praticamente valiam como um almoço! Tudo é preparado na própria pousada, com muito capricho! O serviço de limpeza é impecável! Sempre me hospedo em pousadas mais sofisticadas, pé na areia, e essa foi a primeira vez que decidi me hospedar no interior da segunda praia. Valeu muito a pena! Pra quem quiser saber mais detalhes, procure meu canal no you_tube: "o que não te contaram". Tenho muito conteúdo de Morro e colocarei em breve minha avaliação em vídeo desta pousada.

Nossa viagem foi linda

O hotel tem o melhor custo benefício de morro, a localização eh muito boa, só de não precisar descer e subir pra cidade o tempo todo eh um alívio.. o atendimento foi muito bom, o quarto estava muito limpo… ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente… a cama gostei… o banheiro um pouco pequeno, mas nada que atrapalhe, café da manhã simples porém uma delícia… no primeiro café nosso tinha um pastel que ave Maria, delícia pura… Tirando o nosso acidente de perder uma bolsa e com ela a chave e ter de pagar pela mesma…Ainda sim ganhamos um desconto nessa bendita chave/cartao… nossa estadia foi ótima, recomendo de olhos fechados a pousada… indiscutivelmente o melhor custo benefício de morro de São Paulo.
