I had an excellent stay. Yosef was extremely solicitous of my comfort, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. I originally booked the Triple Room for 2 nights and ended up extending it an additional 2 to be my home base for my entire visit to Cairo. I picked the room even though I was traveling alone because it was the only one available at the time with a pyramid view. The Queen room next to it looked even nicer.

Our stay at The Heaven Pyramids was a 10/10. The hotel was very clean. The rooftop view and our room view, towards the pyramids, were very nice! The staff members were super nice, friendly and attentive! We want to give a special shoutout to Youssef Bekya! He was amazingly helpful, super kind and welcoming! He was always so thoughtful checking up on us to see if we ever needed anything! We are grateful to have met him!

Das Schlafzimmer war geräumig, die Betten bequem und lediglich das Badezimmer hat die beste Zeit hinter sich. Der Service von Rezeption bis Frühstück war hervorragend. Leider knallten sämtliche Gäste mit den Türen.
