This is the basest hotel I ever stayed, the staff not friendly specially FO Team, I came at 7:00pm and they informed me the room not ready yet with very bad way, they also mentioned I had un issue in my reservation and after 30 minuets everything became ok suddenly After all of this and finally I am in the room it not clean I advise all not to go to this property

This is my favorite hotel because everybody is so nice from the moment they pickup me in the airport all the chauffeur, the Front Door man: Mohamed; FD: Sherin, Nancy like all the staff; Bellman : Emad, Mahmoud ;Room Services : Essam ; like Club Lounge ; all the staff. Everybody welcome with the nice smile. Thank you also to Alaa, he's Great. Congratulation to the GM for your excellent Staff and Services they make

Only the localisation is worth mentioning (if you do not need to be downtown). Old rooms and not fresh. Hotel is basic and quite noisy, breakfast is also not great. There are better alternatives at same or barely higher prices frankly speaking...

I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Le Meridien Pyramids Hotel & Spa. The hotel was absolutely way less than what my expectations were in every way imaginable. First, my room was not as requested. Second, my room (and the room I was moved to) was completely and utterly filthy. There were hand prints on every wall, hair on the bathroom floor and on the wall near the toilet, the sink would not drain, the fixtures were lopsided and I could not place anything on them for they would fall off, the light did not work, the wall outlet was non functional, the the wifi did not work and WORST OF ALL there was semen on my bedsheets. In the morning, I saw the pool boys using pool water to clean the dirt off the floor - it went right back into the pool. At the spa, the floor had oily footprints all over it and I went back the next day - same thing... I could go on and on here, but I think you get the picture. I would NEVER expect such a highly regarded hotel to have such a poorly run establishment. In case you are wondering, I did call for help with the following: Wifi, someone came and did not fix anything. The wall jack, someone came and confirmed it was broken and said he'd be back in 5 minutes. Never saw him again. No iron in the room - requested and no one ever showed up. As a business traveler, I could not even get work done in the main area of the lobby since the wifi did not work which is just unbelievable. I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE traveling in the area.

Hotel might not be the best in the area but you will receive a good service and OK rooms. I stayed here for 4 nights with my family members and the stay was good. It might be perfect hotel for business traveler but not for vacations.

Awesome hotel, the crew is very helpful ,restaurants are good, food is nice a little bit expensive. Room is confortable and room service is excellent. I think that furnishing is a little bit old. All the people working in the restaurant ,the waiters Mohamed, Nora, Shaimak and all others are excellent. Housekeepers in the 5th floor are very good, I team and Naglaa and ramadan do their best to make our stay enjoyable.

First time visiting Egypt and we booked the Heliopolis in part because they offered airport pickup. Abdul met us at the gate with a warm energetic welcome (at 1am!). He shepherded quickly and efficiently through passport control, helped us with instant visas and through customs. This guy knew his way around the airport and it was such a relief for us as we were anxious about a late arrival and getting through an unknown airport with visa requirements. After a quick ride to the hotel our check in was a breeze and we appreciated the Platinum upgrade to a spacious suite with 2 full bathrooms. Check out was equally friendly and thoughtful. The hotel offered lots of restaurant options and room service was quick and good. Unfortunately the club lounge was sub par and offered minimal food and drink. The breakfast was extensive but poor quality for this level of hotel.

The hotel is a small one. Swimming pool is so tiny. Crew is not so helpful. About food, it is of average quality. The hotel is very expensive for the service presented.The room is quite good, clean,and tidy,with a very bad view and without balcony.. Briefly I didn't enjoy the stay there.

The rooms were nicely furnished with desk, coffee maker, fridge and good furnishings. The restaurants were good but the bar very expensive. The internet was good at times but often was not available. The staff mostly friendly, but the front desk staff varied from being very helpful to not particularly professional depending who was on.

Le Meridien.... of which one expects more... the image is tired... the staff bored.. only when you threaten to leave does a manager attend to the problems of no internet connections... after two hrs of struggling a reset solves everyones problems...but not without leaving a stressed impression on the guests.. Sorry I have stayed at better versions.. Thankyou Mahmut but... Ill not return... Pop to the Kempinski to see how service works... not just when needed but all the time... from all the staff... not just Managers..
