This is not my first stay, but it has not changed at all as far as service and food are concerned. They are consistently excellent. The staff (all levels) are always willing to help. The Thai restaurant is very recommended.

The hotel is in terrible condition. Rooms are quite worn out especially the bathrooms. Staff are quite helpful & friendly & they do their best to make your stay tolerable, but in all honesty, I can't but say avoid this hotel. Until major renovations happen, it's just not worth the price at all. It still has a killer location thou.

The hotel located on the main road to the airport about 10 minutes from it & around 30 minutes to the heart of the city. A basic 5 stars hotel nothing fancy. Rates are moderate, cooperate deals for businesses travelers are good. Breakfast good. Room service & cleanliness average.

I stayed for 3 nights. The 1st 2 nights I was in room 610. The next night I was in 823. Stark differences were noticed. 1. 610 - WIFI socket was found lying on the floor. Absolutely no WIFI at all. It took almost 3 hours to send a mail with 3 MB attachment. This happened regularly. Every 1 hour the personnel would look at it and say all good. The next day called for the service personnel to look at it again but he was just like the WIFI he came after 3 hours. 2. 823 - It took around 5 minutes to download around 60 MB of emails. I will let you guys be the judge. Room cleanliness- Can’t complain at all as the room was impeccable. Personnel- All personnel Reception, Room service, House Keeping, Restaurants, Lobby bar (Jasmin Bar) were excellent. The hotel according to me has the highest level of service. The people working in all departments are highly customer oriented. Food was impeccable and the quantity and quality was of the highest standards. I am a frequent traveller and hold a platinum SPG card and I would rate it a 5 star only for the people and not for the property or the amenities. Rooms in the 6th floor are supposed to be for Preferred guests but the state of the room is not worthy of a 2 star hotel. I would love to stay in a hotel which employs people like the one here but not the place. FYI The bed and pillows were rock hard and when requested for a softer pillow was informed that we don’t have any. SPG advertises a premium experience but felt it only with the staff and not with the property. Would only return for the staff and not for the experience.

My wife and I stayed there twice in March. We enjoyed Both times. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The buffet breakfast was good. Loved the cooked to order omelettes they made. However, make sure that you keep your eyes on your luggage if the bellman help you with your luggage. Better to keep it with you even though they want to help you. One of our bags accidentally got loaded on a bus with another group. I noticed it was missing and I found it had already been loaded on the bus. The front desk was helpful but from them on, I kept my luggage close to us. However, that won't keep me from staying there in the future.

We had a long layover in Cairo on a return flight JNB - BKK. Egypt Air booked us into the hotel (complimentary) as the layovers were longer than six hours in both directions; all meals included. Customer service was good, the room is spacious with a tea/ coffee station. The bed is comfortable with prime quality bed linen. The food was excellent.

I get use to stay in this hotel, very good location ,breach fast not bad, very clean and huge, value for money, good and helpful staff, recommend for family and business men, I sure will come again as soon as possible

I spent one night for a business meeting. The reception is very good. The room is perfect & clean. Parking is available. The reason for the 4 out of 5 rating is the gym, it needs many many adjustments & the management should consider refurbishing it & probably enlarge it a bit!

We Checked in after mid-night smoothly . The room is spacious and comfortable. House-keeping very efficient, the room was clean and tidy quickly every day. Room Service , spot on time & very generous portions for breakfast " Almost double" of everything Near the Airport with hourly shuttle that helped us catching an early plane to the Red Sea Food quality is very good -reasonably priced Gym is well equipped but warm. Out-Door Pool is not Heated Daily evening entertainment in the lobby Friendly, helpful staff- Excellent security- You feel safe and Cared for Not sure what can be done regarding the Neighbouring Barking Dog?! I do sincerely wish they ban smoking in-doors in Public Places in Egypt ( Hotel may offer 5th floor?)

I stayed one night here with the aim of leaving on an early morning flight from Cairo airport and for this the hotel was great. My room was big and clean and I had a comfortable sleep. As the hotel is next to a major road, some sounds can be heard even at night, but this didn't bother me. I had dinner and breakfast and both were spot on. The staff were high quality from start to finish. The shuttle to the airport was really quick and free of charge, that's a nice touch.
