My room was large, quiet and clean, and I enjoyed a nice view of the Nile. I enjoyed the many options for breakfast every morning and the friendly waiters. The gym has great equipment. And I especially liked the coffee bar in the lobby -- and being able to carry a salad and soda from there up to my room after very long days of work.
Thank you for all special thanks to hadder and thank you to Mr /Alla at Executive officer, Thank you for andiana &thank you for Housekeeping team and thank you to Mr/Ahmed refaat and special thanks for Executive lounge team
That place is the Best place that makes sushi in Egypt.. I have been to almost every sushi place here.. and oohh myy.. it has the all you can eat sushi offer everyday, for a very cheep price compared to the service and other places! the people there r very friendly.. just the way i was pampered and served makes me crave going there again, but as i said.. it was seriously the best sushi i ever had.. i was sitting with friends and after tasting it for the first time i was like "omg.. thats the best sushi ever" my friend was like "stop exaggerating" i told him try it.. and he al,ost cried loool! it was amazing!!
I had a congress in Conrad Hotel this January but unfortunately I was not happy. It’s supposed to be a five stars exclusive hotel in the past few years and one the best Nile hotels. Cons: -Nobody welcomed us during the arrival Instead a guy named Mahmoud was rude and was shouting all the time as I left my car in the supposed waiting area until check in like other guests did!!! -It took more than an hour to check into my room!!! Although the front desk personnel were very friendly -cleanliness of the room is questionable regarding a five stars hotel Pros -Great location -Magnificent Nile view -acceptable room size
I have stayed at the Conrad hotel during my visit The hotel is good and it’s lobby is one of the best in Cairo. The rooms are clean and the house keeping and the room service staff are really good and friendly But the main reception staff are so not professional and unorganised They can’t handle a person at a time they talk to you and suddenly they call the person who is next to you. Thank Allah my room was at the executive floor and the staff there are really good
Liked the hotel, staff is professional, breakfast is superb with a large variety of, both, local and international food. Restaurants are very nice with good quality/price ratio for food (not for drinks). The main "but" for this hotel is that it is old-fashioned and rooms needs URGENT renovation.
this is a terrible hotel in all the aspects and i really do not know why such a international brand could be in this place . ok to start with , not enough staff , my friend arrived at about 5.00 PM and we had to wait for his room to be ready till 8.00 PM and excuse was that rooms are not ready because the hotel is full . the rooms are awful , they are dirty , the furniture are old , the bathroom is not clean , in short , every thing is disaster ... so if you are in Cairo pls , pls avoid them
In Cairo you should stay at Conrad Cairo one of the best hotels in cairo. Your dinner will be great at gida hotels while you see the Nile with Cairo sky. You can feel the high well trained team where ever you go at the hotel. Hotel is very clean and housekeeping team are doing great .
Conrad hotel is a super hotel in terms of its location, spacious rooms and most cooperative staff. The food is of excellent quality and presentation especially breakfast and foul mix plate in particular it's super delicious
Hotel is well located and the best was breakfast with staff, particularly Ahmed, who was quick to respond to our needs and remember all what we liked as our breakfast. Kudos to the staff of the breakfast facility.
