I visit the restaurant frequently mainly in breakfast, really i am impressed with the quality of food, varieties, taste also the place, the view of the Nile and the outstanding service level of the staff, the managers and the chef.. I thank you for this level of satisfaction you provide me each time i visit Solana and putting me in a good happy mood to start my day 🌹👍👌

This is my fifth stay (of about 2 weeks in length) at Conrad Hilton Cairo, and I would rate this stay and that of my previous stays as consistently reliable and of excellent quality. The hotel is well managed...clean and professional. I received very courteous and friendly services. I would stay at this hotel again, any time!

We stayed here for 4 nights in November 2017. From the time of entry we were impressed by the service and friendliness of all staff. The actual hotel is a little tired but the rooms are a decent size and well equipped. Likewise the gym is excellent with steam and sauna facilities as well as the hotel standard technogym equipment. The wifi is fast and free - brilliant and overall I can recommend this for a central base in Cairo. If you can afford it go for the "Executive Floor" upgrade with free afternoon tea, a Happy Hour and a half and great snacks.

I was here for three nights this week, and it was overall a very satisfactory stay. The location is awesome, right by the Corniche, with great views from most balconies, and a short taxi ride to the Downtown and Egyptian museum. My room was clean and comfortable. The washroom was huge and as per my taste, with separate tub and bathing area. The restaurants and other services in the hotel are spot-on. There are no complaints about the food, except that I was sent Pad Thai once instead of Thai curry. I also used their gym twice and loved the video equipped treadmill. At just 100$ a night, it was also every bit a value for money. Now coming to the negatives. The room service, if you ask for a dental or shaving kit, is extremely slow and can take up to an hour to come. The reception desk was overloaded most of the times and there is a dire need for more staff there. Once I had to wait for 20-25 minutes in queue for a query at the reception desk. Basically, it is a staffing issue and not exactly a service issue as there was no lack in service or staff courtesy. Overall, the property lives up to its Conrad brand name, for sure. Though not very luxurious, it was definitely a comfortable business stay.

I stayed on the executive level and even with that, I was severely disappointed. My check-in was a nightmare, room cards for both rooms I reserved didn't work and since that accesses the executive level lounge (for check-in), I had to come all the way down to the main floor to get another key to access the executive level floor. The hallways and rooms are very dated plus there was a smell, a mixture of cigarette/shisha smoke and body odor that permeated the entire floor, including both rooms. It took hours to receive my luggage from downstairs and the breakfast boxes I ordered to take with us on our tours was something that a 5-year-old could put together. Don't get me wrong, the staff, the majority of them, were very nice and accommodating but they could not supplement the facilities and the room cleanliness or lack thereof.

Very poorly managed hotel and facilities are old with no maintenance. Quality of service in the business center is a disaster. The check in and check out takes ages. Staff not professional at all. The facilities in the conference room were mostly broken. The served lunch is the conference was under cooked, coffee breaks were a mess.

I visited the hotel for a business meeting. It’s a very elegant hotel. The reception staff is a bit under qualified, but they try to help the most. The conference halls are very well equipped. The rooms are marvelous. I tried going to the Gym, the staff there are very well trained & the gym itself is very well equipped too.

Great service The food is extra ordinary And if happened to have any complaints the response is fast and satisfying . Staff is friendly and the cleanliness is at it’s best, a wide varieties of food and all with the best quality. I totally recommend it rather than any other hotel in the area

It is a greatgul hotel and all employess were so porfetionales espcially Who in front desk I was so excited to spend many dayes at this hotel Room was very comfortable and emplulyees were very helpful

Hotel is a bit dated, but the service and people were as expected for a Conrad. Executive lounge was great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Health club was good and the attendant brought me a cold towel at the end of my run.
