Prepare for extras €

Pros: Deledda’s location is 10 mins walk to the hot spots of Cagliari. The room is brand new, with a great quality bed/pillows. Cons: Your final price doesn’t include the use of the kitchenette; the Expedia listing is unclear, the room had a kitchenette which the owner wants to charge at €20/day. Or you can use the main kitchen at the back for €5/day. The room we had was room 1; right next to the front door which slams every time it opens. The cleaner wanted to work to her schedule and no notice was given at what time the cleaning service was available. Unfortunately this ruined our stay as we expected that the kitchenette would be available for use as per the listing; and that there would be at a minimum crockery and cutlery to eat a basic breakfast!

I was unable to make my flight to Cagliari due to travel delays so I informed the owner 48 hours in advance. I asked if he could cancel my reservation so that I could receive a refund but he refused and instead told me that it’s not his problem and that he would not cancel, basically he did not care and just wanted to take my money. He is a bad business person, I would avoid.
