We were given a very warm welcome by the owner, and the apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Cagliari. The views from the terrace are superb, high above the noise and grime of the city seven floors below! Finding the apartment for the first time was challenging (as signs and road names are not very evident around the city, and we found the public transport system hard to fathom.) But once found, the location turned out to be relatively close to the main road network, which was was useful for getting about in a car. We will never forget the city's marvellous spectacle on the feast of Sant'Ephisio, which was the highlight of our holiday!

Una vacanza come un sogno - Holidays like a Dream :)

I enjoyed every second in this gorgeous and beautiful apartment with this terace which is incredible . Francesca and Alberto are a very nice couple, warm and gentile, they help where ever they can. The apartment is good situated not really in the city but the bus stop to everywhere in Cagliari is round the corner and a supermarket just over the street. You find everything there you need. The famous beach Poetto can be reached easily by bus No. 5ZE directly to the beach bars. I prefered the Beach Bar Emerson. So take your time and enjoy your time with Francesca and Alberto!!

Ein sehr schönes Appartement hoch über den Dächern von Cagliari mit einer riesigen Terrasse, auf der man sich nach Stadterkundungen gut erholen konnte. Schön zentral, mit den guten Busverbindungen könnten wir unser Auto die ganze Zeit auf dem Parkplatz lassen.

Super süße Stadtwohnung mit bezaubernden Dachterrasse

Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Hauptsadt der Insel und ermöglicht einen guten Start zur Erkundung des Südens. Um die Ecke befinden sich Supermarkt, Bushaltestellen und kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Wohnung ist durch und durch mit Liebe zum Detail und sehr authentisch eingerichtet. Darum kann man sich hier nur wohlfühlen. Das absolute Highlight ist allerdings die große Dachterasse. Sie ermöglicht einen Rundgang um die komplette Wohnung, Sonnbaden und Yoga- bzw. Workout-Sessions mit einem sensationellen Ausblick über die Dächer der Stadt. Der Vermieter Alberto ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein paar Tage vor Beginn unserer Reise nahm er bereits Kontakt zu uns auf. Bei unserer Ankunft erwarteten uns schon gekühlte Wasserflaschen und Keckse. Er nahm sich die Zeit, die Karte der Insel mit uns durch zu gehen und uns seine Empfehlungen auszusprechen und bot uns sogar an, uns am Abreisetag zum Flughafen zu fahren. Wir stellten innerhalb der nächsten Tage fest, dass wir wohl einen Adapter für unsere Laptops benötigten. Dank der unkomplizierten Kommunikation per WhatsApp stellte uns Alberto bereits kurze Zeit später den passenden Adapter zur Verfügung. Das einzige, das die Wohnung noch hätte aufwerten können, wäre eine Waschmaschine. Wir fühlten uns rundum gut aufgehoben und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit.

Soggiorno sereno e rilassante.

Siamo stati accolti dalla gentilissima proprietaria Francesca, che ci ha mostrato il grazioso appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi, nonché di un grande terrazzo da cui ammirare il panorama e con la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto. La casa, inoltre è, composta da un soggiorno con divano tavolo da pranzo e un bel televisore a parete ed un angolo cottura con bollitore e microonde; camera da letto e bagno. Benché si trovi al 7o piano vi è un ascensore efficiente e veloce. Si trova in una zona tranquilla dove è facile trovare parcheggio, con vari servizi come farmacia, pizzerie, supermercati, bancomat e tanto altro. Sicuramente consigliato.
