A large private terrace of approximately 46 m² offers panoramic views of the sea and the Dives River. A garage is available in the basement.

Appartement très bien situé. Proche de la mer et de Dives-sur-Mer. Logement spacieux avec une très grande terrasse extérieure.

Emplacement idéal... Appart madiocre

Vraiment trop cher pour la qualité médiocre de l'appartement... Appartement d'une propreté douteuse !!!! Manque de prises électriques, fuite d'eau de la Baie vitrée, chauffage en panne dans la pièce principale, réponse du gérant [ Ah bon...].. Sinon emplacement idéal.... Dommage que cet appart ne soit pas plus suivi dans son entretien....

symphatique et Perfectible

Sympathique logement en duplex, propre , bien equipé, electro-menager, à l'étage chambes ,sdb , et belle terrasse , belle vue sur la mer et environs , mobilier de jardin ancien... Tv minimaliste..., Signaletique en général perfectible a tous niveau... surtout en venant du parking en sous sol...., box pour petite voiture, SUV s'abstenir. En globalite 4/5
