Wow what a great vacation! Our family of 4 LOVED the condo and Cabo. The view is spectacular! We woke up every morning to the most glorious view and enjoyed our coffee and breakfast while watching whales in the distance-we even saw some of them breaching! The New Year's fireworks visible right from the balcony was also a special treat. The unit is comfortable, clean, and has everything you could want/need - from laundry and smart TVs to beach chairs/umbrellas and even snorkel gear! The manager, Lynn, was so helpful and even brought us a brand new microwave when I informed her that ours wasn't working. We didn't mind walking up the 4 flights of stairs as the view was well worth it and even provided a little necessary exercise after all we ate! We will be back!

Beautiful sunrise view from all 3 rooms, living and bedrooms. You get what you see and better, not a super fancy luxury kind, but we love the coziness and pristine cleanliness of the stay, everything you need is provided, binocular for whale watching, dishwasher (works well) drinking water with filter from tap, beach umbrellas beach chairs and towels, cooler box. We didn’t cook much, mostly eat out, but you got everything you need like a home kitchen. A new fridge has been replaced too, management team did a great job on the upkeep. The location is perfect, close enough and far enough to the marina, perfect snokeling at private beach cabo bello beach. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks for Lynn who provide sincere thoughtful information to tourist like us. Thank you so much

Wonderful vacation spot! The unit was very clean and well equipped. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel provided, and enough paper products for our 6 day stay. Excellent communication and info from Lynn. We used her connection Jesus for rides to and from airport-- very reasonable, nice SUVs, very helpful drivers who spoke English and also humored us practicing our Spanish. We stopped on the way in at Fresko that's right across the highway but not walkable due to the highway, and tipped the driver for his time. We would definitely come back to this complex and this unit!Beautiful peaceful location-- not a complex for people looking for (late) night life. Lots of retirees and some families with younger children. Amazing view from balcony to see sunrise, boats, whales in the distance, walk down many stairs to never-crowded beach with amazing snorkeling. Great food at decent prices at the bar at the pool. They had some special all you can eat nights with lovely live guitar music. There are all kinds of tours/boating outings you can find on your own or schedule through Andres who owns the pool bar. Highly recommend bringing water shoes (Whitin brand on Amazon worked great) because the beach is very pebbly in areas. Highly recommend bringing snorkeling gear (I just used mask and snorkel not flippers) or buying it when you get here-- they have it at the store on site and costco, maybe at Fresko but I didn't look there. So many fish just right off shore.

Exceptionally beautiful view!

Beautiful view from large balcony. Everything was perfect. Very clean, nice furnishings. Andreas the bartender at pool bar very nice and helpful. Grounds are gorgeous. Great pricefor a lot of amenities. Situated perfectly between SJC and CSL.

Wonderful location

We just finished a wonderful week at this condo in Misiones. The pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of the area. The condo is in a convenient location with quick access to downtown Cabo by Uber. The nearby beach is practically private and is great for swimming and snorkeling. The pool and pool bar with friendly staff is a nice place to relax to relax and have a drink or quick bite. We can’t wait to return!

Paradise

We stayed at the Condo for 9 days and absolutely loved our time there. The Condo is very well appointed and is equipped with literally everything you need. The view is spectacular from both decks, whale sightings became a daily event. Binoculars were a welcome surprise and used to the max. Beds were very comfortable and listening to the ocean at nighttime was peaceful.We used the pool and beach a lot and beach gear was awesome.The pool restaurant and bar has great food and beverages and very reasonable prices.We are both 73 and didn’t have issues with the stairs( all 57 of them) but it could be challenging for folks with mobility issues. We used Uber and it was quick, easy and economical. Misiones is an excellent resort, we loved everything about it and it will become an annual trip for us.Lynn was excellent and provided all the necessary information for our visit.

Beautiful views but one thing you should know

I took off one star because of the checkout process which includes doing housework!!!! Sorry but on the last day of my vacation, I don't want to wash, dry, put away towels... wash, dry, put away dishes... and take out the trash. And I don't like that these requirements are disclosed AFTER I booked the condo. My last day of vacation... I want a nice leisurely morning. To require housework at checkout (and not disclose it upfront) means this was not a five star experience for me. Lynn the host was wonderful, responding to all of my questions. The condo itself is beyond amazing, stocked with everything you might need. And the views... absolutely SPECTACULAR!!

Great View

Enjoyed spending time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Beds were pretty comfy. Everything was clean and tidy. Would definitely rent again if/when we return to Cabo. Only drawback was the unit below had some heavy smokers staying there making our stay slightly less pleasant.

Could not have been better!

Lynn's place exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. Clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, it was perfect for our week-long stay. Mornings began with coffee (provided) on the patios, enjoying breathtaking views and whale watching before the boats arrived. A short descent down 50 steps led us to what felt like our private beach. Snorkeling just offshore was incredible, with calm waters and vibrant fish making it both safe and unforgettable.Lunches were enjoyed back on the patio with more stunning views, and the whales didn’t disappoint, putting on a daily show enhanced by the binoculars Lynn provided. Afternoons often found us at the pool bar steps away, enjoying happy hour with margaritas and cervezas served by the friendly and knowledgeable André. Evenings brought magical sunsets. A short walk to the Hyatt beach offered the best view of the sun setting over Cabo’s iconic arch while surfers performed nearby. We captured countless photos and videos, and the New Year fireworks were absolutely stunning.Transportation was a breeze with Uber, making it easy to explore and even have groceries delivered. While the stairs to the unit add to its charm, they may not be ideal for elderly guests or those with mobility challenges. Overall, Lynn’s place provided a perfect mix of relaxation, convenience, and natural beauty. We’ll cherish the memories of this incredible getaway forever.

great place, frustrating checkout

The place was great. My only complaint was checking out. The check out list was long and tedious. I spent the morning washing, drying, and restocking all the towels and washing and restocking all the dishes, for 4 people. Apparently the cleaning lady didn't have time to all those things because she was a private cleaner not a resort cleaner and I can leave a tip. Needless to say, I didn't have time to enjoy my last morning with my family on vacation. When I complained I was told I should have contacted her and wouldn't have to do those things. If that was the case then why include it in the checkout list or write optional. The way it was written, I didn't know I had a option and I didn't want to receive a bad review. Just keep that in mind when you stay here.

Son's Wedding Celebration

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo. The view is spectacular! The condo has all the amenities that one would need. I love the grounds at the Misiones because it is quiet and the staff are familiar and very kind. If I had one gripe, it would be that I am not a fan of not having access to the new gate system that has been installed. It made it inconvenient walking to other condos and villas on the grounds. Other than that everything is perfect!

Christmas in Cabo!

We had an amazing stay in Cabo for Christmas. Our condo had stunning views and was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. It was also in a perfect location which was peaceful and so relaxing! Lynn was terrific with all of the information provided and was quick to respond to questions. Wonderful memories were made!

Breathtaking Views

Everything you hope your vacation rental will be. A helpful communicative host. A property & view that are more beautiful than the pictures. A well equipped kitchen with everything you need to have your meals on the patio while watching the humpback whales. Beautiful semi private swimable and snorkeling beach just a 10 minute walk from your door. Yes there are some stairs but they were not an issue, we are 57 & 60 This was the best vacation rental we have stayed at and will definitely be back. Thank you Lynn!

Everything it claims to be and more!

My wife and I spent an amazing week at this property. The views are spectacular and the property is beautiful. The location is perfect. Quiet, but yet close to all the fun and activity of the Marina. The condo was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. The owner was easy to reach and communicated quickly. We would like to keep this one a secret, but it is too great not to share! We plan on returning in the future.
