Fernanda was so sweet and very accommodating during our stay. She helped to arrange ground transportation and grocery deliveries for us. We also unfortunately had a lot of bugs around the property and some that came inside because of the intense rain on the first day of our stay. Fernanda had someone come out every morning and clean the pool area and inside of the house to remedy the problem. Overall my friends and I had a great time!

Everything about this property was perfect! We felt so safe in the gated community, the house felt brand new, was so clean and in a great location. Fernanda was awesome and set up airport transfers and had all of our groceries waiting for us when we arrived.

Best Weekend Getaway I've Ever Had

Simply put, this house was an oasis for the best weekend trip I've ever taken. Pre-arrival, Julian and the team at Momentum were extremely communicative, helping me coordinate transportation, a private chef and even grocery shopping. When we arrived, we were blown away by how gorgeous, well equipped, spacious and safe this house was. With four master bedrooms and a living/dining room that flowed to the outside pool and lounge area, we never wanted to leave. Within a 3 minute walk, you are by the clubhouse where you are beachside and we saw whales breaching daily. Throughout the stay we felt extremely safe and taken care of, with any small questions/issues being resolved swiftly. To get in and out of the complex, you are required to call the security team to ensure they anticipate any taxi/uber. You're only 10/15 minutes from the downtown of Cabo and it was perfect for when we wanted quiet time at the house or when we wanted a more active day. When they say private community, it's truly a step above the rest in terms of security and safety. I'm already looking to book my return stay with friends and family! Thank you again for everything Julian and team, we had the best weekend.
