A equipe que nos atende faz a diferença

Como das últimas duas vezes que me hospedei, a estadia foi ótima, marcada pela ótima equipe que nos atende. Da recepção ao café da manhã. Apesar de saber que é normal existir diferenças nas acomodações, confesso que fiquei decepcionado com o tamanho do meu quarto. Muito pequeno se comparado aos das minhas outras estada. Eles me acostumaram mal, me colocando em quartos amplos. Quando me deparei com o pequeno fiquei triste.

Muito bem localizado e otimo local de descanso

Sensacional, quarto com ar condicionado, limpo , banheiro com agua quente e fria e vc regula como quiser, banheiros limpos , toalhas trocadas diariamente. Frigobar esfria bem e televisao boa com programas basico de uma tv paga. Estacionamentono local,cafe da manha muito completo. Pessoal educado e bom atendimento.legal é que vc pode levar suas bebidas e nao cobram a parte para usar o frigobar , apenas se pedir algo comprando deles.proximo da rua das pedras e muito bom pra sair de noite tambem , tem muitos restaurantes e barco taxi ao lado e tambem taxi e agencias de passeio , nem precisa usar seu carro pra nada .

o hotel é muito bem localizado, fica bem proximo a praça santos dumont e a rua das pedras. Café da manhã bom, sem grandes atrativos, senti falta de áreas de lazer e piscina.

Café da manhã horroroso

O quarto é bom, a localização é ótima, porém o café da manhã é péssimo , horroroso. Vc tem q ficar pedindo pão , queijos e etc, porque não repõem, até açúcar você tem que ficar pedindo porque não tem quantidade suficiente para todos os hóspedes . A mosca circula facilmente pelos sucos, tudo descoberto, se quiser ovo tem q ficar esperando bastante tempo porque só dizem q estão preparando . O café da manhã além de todo esse problema , não tem variedades . Tem uma pessoa que fica limpando o local onde serve o café e ela que é responsável por repor as coisas , porém ela não repõe , você tem q ficar pedindo tudo a ela e ainda é mal educada , faz cara feia quando você pede algo a ela (lembrando que as coisas que foram pedidas a ela, era obrigação de já estar ali exposto para os hóspedes) . Até pão duro foi servido. Um absurdo o café da manhã desta pousada .

Excelente! Pousada charmosa

Viagem de turismo com marido e 2 filhos. Pousada muito charmosa no centro de Búzios. Tudo muito organizado e limpo. Quarto espaçoso com camas confortáveis e lençóis cheirosos e limpinhos, ar condicionado silencioso, limpeza diária, banheiro grande; café da manhã com bastante variedade e tudo fresquinho; estacionamento faz o diferencial; equipe de funcionários atenciosos, prestativos e preocupados em agradar. Minha gratidão à simpática e atenciosa Grazi (cozinha) que me ajudou muito fornecendo cubinhos de gelo; ao Bruno e à Natália (recepção) super prestativos. Voltarei com certeza! Andrea e família

Atendimento do Caio recepcisnista foi ótimo, mas o café da manhã atrasou demais, o mesmo bolo doce e salgado por 3 dias no café da manhã, funcionárias muito antipáticas, com cara feia e falta de educação para responder os hóspede, mesa nunca estava posta, talheres sujos, sem nenhuma organização. Pouca variedade, mesmas frutas, pães e bolos por 3 dias. Nem guardanapo tinha nas mesas.
