A vista da praia é excelente, quarto era bem limpo, o ar condicionado é excelente. Porém o café da manhã deixa a desejar, pouca variedade, demora na reposição, faltava algumas coisas que são básicas em um café da manhã, exemplo, mel. Outro problema da pousada é a comunicação, o telefone fixo não atende e o celular o atendimento é demorado.

A recepção so tem uma atendente que e muito simpática mas ela resolve tudo na pousada, Resort só no nome, aspecto e limpeza deixou a desejar a pousada é muito suja, cafe da manha sao duas horas muito limitado de opções, sem reposicao do que foi consumido, cheguei eram 9:40 e ja não tinha mais nada argumentei se haveria reposicao mas a atendente alegou que os frios tinham acabado. Ficamos decepcionado.

O hotel é bom, mas com título de resort tem muito a melhorar. O ponto ruim é o café da manhã, pois é MUITO fraco. Não tinham coisas básicas: pão de queijo, requeijão, peito de peru. Serviram suco artificial de abacaxi. Fazem comida e não tem cardápio. O Ed se diz o próprio cardápio, ou seja, cobram o que querem. Uma porção de batata frita R$50,00.

Solicitei a viagem na terça, chegando na quinta, ninguém sabia da minha reserva. Me colocaram em um quarto péssimo. Pedi pra trocar, me cobraram por fora 500,00. Paguei, mas não achei justo. Resort não pode ser considerado, até tem estrutura para ser um resort, mas não é...café da manhã péssimo. Única coisa boa, pão francês, queijo e presunto. De resto.... Muito pouca opção, 1 pessoa só para repor as coisas e limpar as mesas. Todos os 5 dias que passei, chegava e não tinha uma mesa limpa, eu que tinha que limpar uma mesa, não só eu, mas vi muitos hóspedes fazerem isso....no bar da piscina, não tinha cardápio, a gente falava o que queria comer e ele dava o preço...aí falei que não ia querer, ele dava um desconto, nunva vi isso.....ponto positivo, uma trilha que dá acesso a praia da tartaruga, uns 7 minutos de caminhada, mas o hotel não dá nenhum suporte na praia....enfim...não vale o valor que paguei e nem pode ser considerado resort.

Excelente custo-benefício! Amei a estrutura do local , a piscina , à vista para a praia de Manguinhos, a trilhinha de 5 min para a praia da tartaruga (que é linda , calma e vazia), a integração com a natureza, a capela, o pôr do sol do pier, que é possível ver muitas tartarugas. O local é muito bonito mesmo. Por ser um eco resort , a entrada do hotel é distante da rua principal, logo estar de carro é essencial. O quarto que eu fiquei era antigo, mas o custo-benefício compensa. Há quartos mais modernos, porém mais caros! Só faltou um black-out na janela do quarto 20. O café da manhã é bom. Os funcionários são atenciosos! Fica localizado próximo ao Porto da Barra (~5 min de carro) e relativamente próximo a praia de Geribá (~10 min de carro). Resumidamente, gostei muito e pretendo retornar!

A equipe é muito atenciosa, todos sempre atentos às nossas necessidades, inclusive se antecipando em nos agradar com atitudes pró-ativas! O café da manhã é muito bom, recheado de delícias caseiras como as geleias artesanais e bolos estilo "fazenda", feitos com muito carinho pela d. Cida que muito se orgulha do tempo de quase duas décadas em que trabalha na Pousada procurando sempre fazer o seu melhor e agradar os hóspedes! A limpeza é boa e fique certo de que, qualquer necessidade que vc descubra ter, eles farão de tudo para lhe atender! Os ambientes são bastante espaçosos, bem cuidados e, junto com a integração com a natureza, nos proporcionam a paz e bem estar que todos buscamos! É a terceira vez que nos hospedamos lá dentre tantas vezes que já estivemos em Búzios e continua sendo a melhor relação custo/benefício! Pretendemos voltar mais vezes! Recomendo!

Cheguei anoitecendo, fiquei um pouco apreensiva com o caminho, muito escuro e abandonado pela prefeitura...mas chegando no hotel fui muito bem recebida, meu quarto confortável com o ar ligado, bem fresquinho. Primeiro dia de café da manhã, não gostei...muito fraco e moscas na comida ..alegaram que o padeiro passou mal e ficaram perdidos...mas no segundo dia já estava bem melhor...a piscina muito boa, limpinha, tudo bem cuidado e o ponto altíssimo do hotel é a trilha para a praia da tartaruga, 5 minutos, trilha ótima... só acho que eles poderiam oferecer na praia cadeira e guarda sol para os hóspedes, ficaria perfeito....
