The hotel definitely needs some TLC. Half of my lights didn't work. The room I got for my Aunt and Mother had a broken toilet seat. The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant, but the gentleman that interacted with my family could use some customer service training. I work in the hospitality industry, and I understand there are struggles, but this hotel just has genuine neglect.

The front desk attendant was very sweet and helpful. The stay was excellent. Waffles in the morning was a nice touch. Next time we're in Kansas I'm pretty sure will be staying here.
