Room was clean, front desk friendly, quite resort, but wifi service not good..everything was a far walk to get ice or pool was a walk too..nothing really good to eat nearby long drive to decent restaurants.

Loved the beautiful room we had. Beds were soft. Very clean also.

Hotel is outdated and visibly run down with walls cracked, chipped and ripped open in hallways and in prominent areas. The ceilings have visible stains from leaks. Furniture in rooms and lounges area are also scratched and chipped. The hotel has a "musky" smell which leaves us to wonder if the carpeting has been ever been cleaned as the floors are visibly dirty. The indoor pool had too much chlorine and the filter worked only 50% of the time. We did not use the outdoor pool but both pools had debris floating that needed to be cleaned with a net. Our room seemed to be clean but we were nervous about the carpet and our closet door was hanging by one small screw seemingly about to fall off at any minute. The cleaning staff did not replace items that we used in the room like shampoo and cups. The outside grounds are not well maintained. The playground in very bad condition and we would caution that any activity that a person might want to do outside, would be at your own risk. The staff was always extremely nice, helpful and friendly but obviously overwhelmed. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone even at a good price. We were disappointed since the pictures make it look so nice, but that’s not the reality. It's a shame since the hotel has a good infrastructure that could attract more people if only they would keep it cleaned and maintained. They need to be on top of the repairs and updates as needed and CLEAN! Otherwise its just depressing!

Outdoor pool was dirty. The game room has a huge hole in the wall but our room was nice

Great quiet place. nice staff. clean rooms. great location.

Very nice place to stay i liked it, clean, quiet, only thing no that many attraction near, you have to look around a lot to find something

Great place to stay, pool, game room. A little confusing to navigate around the floors.

Hotel needs severe update. Hotel activities unappealing. Restaurant was understaffed. On a positive note, room was clean and comfortable.

Awesome staff. Nice renovations. Mike head chef is awesome and great cook. Doug GM is very nice man clean suite we stayed in would recomend to anyone. Will be going back again

Nice hotel , very close to Bushkill falls . Check in was a nightmare. I booked through orbitz and on the confirmation it said check in time 3:00pm but at the hotel it is pasted on the walls check in 4 pm . We reached around 4:10 there was a long line and eventually when it was my turn , we were told our rooms are not ready yet amongst several other families who were also told the same thing . We got our room almost after a wait of 1:30 hours and after going back and forth with the manager . Orbitz states at booking that it comes with free breakfast but the manager kept on insisting that he is offering us complimentary breakfast as a courtesy as we were delayed at check in. All in all a decent stay but check before booking as the amenities listed such as bath robes provided, free breakfast, pool , clean rooms are mostly not included or available.

We’ll start with check-in: réservation said check-in was at 3 pm. We arrived at 3:45 and were told the room was not ready. Notice a printed sign behind the counter that said check in is at 4pm. No advance notice and nothing sell the woman checking us in. They seemed busy so we didn’t mind waiting for a CLEAN room. Room was not ready until 445. We get into the room and it is disgusting. Stains on the couch and floor. Finger prints and smudges on every tabletop and the inside of the sliding glass door. A buildup of dust on the bottom of the coffee table and very large cobwebs in the corner. We reserved th “king jacuzzi suite” which I believe is their most expensive room. This was unacceptable. They were booked solid for the weekend and appeared too under staffed to handle that many guests. A group had reserved the pool most of the day Thursday and Friday. So the “$10 resort fee” felt misplaced when the only resort-type activity is the pool. I’ll echo the other reviewers in saying the restaurants weren’t open and had limited options, especially for children. We couldn’t sit on the deck outside of the room because of a large and active hornets nest right by the stairs. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with children.
