Great! Took a little long to get served at the restaurant but a lovely stay

This hotel is very nice and clean and very close to the beach and the main street. The staff is very friendly and went out of their way for me when i asked for their help to surprise a friend with a birthday cake in the morning. They delivered the cake and even provided candles, plates and a knife! I really did appreciate that!! The lounge is perfect with a beautiful view. And the breakfast in the morning was fantastic, fruit was very fresh!

its a great hotel... but expensive... this hotel is right on the beach... when you walk out the back entrance you are at the beach... rooms are very nice and clean... very comfortable...

Nice hotel, great location overseeing beach, cleaned and set the bed daily, kind and friendly staff. I'll be back!!

The rooms are quite aged with stained carpeting, the furniture reminds me of a Motel 6 off the side of an interstate in the US that costs $30 a night, and the bathroom is quite small. I have stayed at many hotels in the area for much less in price, but they felt much more up scale. I assumed because of the price and the brand, the Novotel would be impressive, yet it was not. If you don't mind staying across the street from the beach I would do so, because there are better deals and much snazzier rooms, such as the Sunset.

I needed a hotel for one night at the end of a 2-week business trip to Japan & Korea. The staff members were very friendly and helpful and made everything very easy. The hotel and room were very nice. We went to the bar (more of a club) which was way too loud (I guess I'm too old) but everything else was great.

Went to the beach, it was near the hotel and they had great events going on near there.

Great time right on the beach!! Went with several friends and really enjoyed the beach and nearby night life!

We love this hotel. We plan on visiting a few more times while we're living in Korea. We were not sure what to expect, but the rooms were big and had everything we wanted. Great ocean views and it's right on the beach. Close to some great restaurants (even some nice western ones).

I needed a quick getaway for the weekend. Haeundae Beach is close-by, so I decided on the Novotel after looking at some other reviews. Immediately I felt relaxed checking into my room with a king-size bed. After checking in I checked out the hot springs spa and saunas...they were excellent, and provided a great view of the entire beach, even while inside the saunas. The Seascapes buffet was great as well, all-you-can-drink wine along with excellent food. Right next door at the Paradise Hotel is a nice little casino, if that's your thing as well. Overall I had a relaxing weekend, and felt the Novotel provided everything I needed to refresh and recharge for another couple of months.

I felt like the offer we received through [...] wasn't the best as we were hoping for access to the natural hot springs within the hotel and had to pay extra; the hotel had a package that included access to the hot springs. The hotel itself and the area were wonderful, being right on the beach and within walking distance to a number of good restaurants -- if you have a large appetite and like steak I recommend VIPS.

The hotel was great. The beds were so comfortable! There was a club downstairs and it was all right on the beach. Great location!
