Very clean and well maintained hotel in an excellent location with reasonable rates. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful. Overall rating should be a 4.6 but had to use round numbers.

Great location, easy to find, beautiful rooms. The coffee shop was never open while we were there but there were plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Does not look like much from the outside, but the room are fantastic. Best location ever!

Great location near seaside but the lobby is in the 4th floor. Entrance to the building is not good. Breakfast regular korean and international.

Took two days vacation with a friend. Very nice place and we enjoyed.

Location is good. Around there, Starbucks, many restaurants, convenient stores, and very close to sea. Staffs are kind, very clean, breakfast provided with variety. Will go again if have chance.

I was satisfied with this hotel. We stayed in a corner suite with ocean view. The room was very spacious, it had a nice big jacuzzi tub, bidet toilet, and good sized bathroom for a hotel. Complementary water (1 bottle a day) was nice and it was only 1000 won ($1) from the minibar which I appreciated. The TV was impossible to figure out, but someone came up to help us and was very friendly. Everything was in Korean, though, but my 6-year old still enjoyed the cartoons he was used to. No dressers, but you have a closet. Definitely not a 5-star hotel and some things looked like they could be updated and there were stains on the carpet in the hallway, but mostly it was ok. There is no room service, but there is a restaurant at the bottom floor that serves food pretty late. The continental breakfast wasn't amazing by any means, but it was decent enough that we got full and it was nice that it came complimentary with the room. Cons: You need an adapter/converter for American plugs and we found out that the hotel does have some, but you have to request them when you make your reservation, so they were all out. Make sure you reserve them ahead of time if you need them! Also, there is a terrace on the room, which looked very nice and we were excited about hanging out on a night, but it was closed off for some reason. Not sure why. Also, the air conditioner would shut off randomly. It would shut off during the night and we would wake up warm. All in all, the pros out-weighed the cons and we would stay there again. Very good location. Tips: There is a chicken place across the street called Outdark. Go there! It's amazing...promise! Also, the Coffee Mandalay restaurant in the hotel was very good. It's all organic so I enjoyed it very much.

location is perfect. room is small and smelly. only for sleep is not bad. parking was little bit difficult because entrance is too narrow

I was a little leery when we first arrived at the building as the elevator had a large scantily-clad couple on it (leaving little to the imagination) and the hotel rooms only occupy floors 10-15 (usually not a good sign). However, I was pleasantly surprised that our room was both spacious and clean. The shower had two large bottles of generic shampoo and body washes (probably refilled from bigger bottles). The only negative is this hotel seems very strict on check-out times as we got a call 4 minutes after the scheduled check-out time informing us that we need to leave (or pay more). Also, be warned that only one bottle of water from the fridge is complimentary!

The whole process was nice and easy. The staff that checked me spoke perfect English. I walked in, gave my passport, and received my room key and free breakfast vouchers. While breakfast was a standard run of the mill I enjoyed being able to see the beach from my room. I would say that while the amenities are not great, free bottle of water and some coffee and tea, the rest of the room was perfect. In whole it was larger than my apartment in Seoul. A large sized bathroom and bathtub. Also the bed was quite comfortable. The room was very clean. I would stay here again.

The room was great. Very spacious. The view was great. Staff provided extra bedding (Korean style floor mats + blanket and pillows) for the kids to sleep on. They loved it.

The rooms are probably some of the best I have seen for a Korean Hotel. Ultra modern rooms with tile floors, remote control that lets you control everything from the lights, tv, to air conditioner, and the bathroom is huge. Even though it is across the street from the beach, many of the rooms still have views of the ocean. I've been here numerous times and by far it is the best option you can get for the money.

Great bathtub for 2. Super veranda overlooking the beach. Fine staff, surprisingly OK supper restaurant on 2nd floor. Sparse and spare and comfortable and elegant but you do need to put your clothing somewhere. Where did the furniture for the clothing go? You can't steal a bureau. No place to unpack. Great hotel though.

The location was superb. The hotel was clean and quiet. WiFi would have been nice.

The location of Sunset Business Hotel is quite good, very accessible to the airport limoousine, and a street from the beach. The neighborhood is also very nice, a lot of restaurants that serves Korean food, hamburger, fried chicken. Across the hotel is the Hauendae Market where you can find a lot of food, fruits, household items, handbags. The staff at this hotel is very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean, bed comfortable.

My wife and I decided to stay at the Sunset hotel for the location and the price. Being so cheap, I thought the place was going to be a dump. I couldn't be more wrong. Our room was spotless with a confortable bed, a jaczzi tub, and a view of the ocean/city. The staff was very helpfull. One night my wife lost here earing in the room and I searched the pleace top to bottom. After a day on the beach we returned to the room and the maid placed the earing on the table. Next time I stay in Busan I will be staying at the SUNSET!!!!!!

Room Style is excellent

The desk clerks were very friendly, attentive and helpful. One of them even helped cary the suitcases to my room. It helped to ease the exhaustion and extremely frustrating experience regarding my flight. The beach was just a few steps away from the hotel. It was amazing being able to walk there in less than 5 minutes.

I am a picky person. The Sunset Business Hotel met my standards. It was located right across from the beach and I had a city and partial beach view from room 1312. The hotel room is huge. There is a living room with a large flat screen. A sliding door seperates it from the large bedroom. We had two single beds and plenty of room to walk around. Floor to cieling windows. And a huge jacuzzi tub in a nice size bathroom. The best part was that it was located right in front of this mexican food/bar and the food was the best mexican I've had since being in Korea! I was craving mexican and it really hit the spot...I miss it already! I had a beef and potato taco, both good and cheap 4,000krw.

Modern, attractive rooms with very large bathrooms, tub and flat screen tv. Great views and location. Friendly, helpful staff. Sometimes noise and conversations from room next door can be heard through a gap where the dividing wall and window frame meet. An unfortunate design flaw that could be remedied with some caulking. Otherwise, a good experience.
