Convenient location but like others have said, the place is a bit dated (lights don’t work well, elevators don’t work well, only one socket, etc). But the worst part is that our “ocean view” was blocked by a giant billboard, and to the left of that is another giant LED billboard that is very bright at all times with ads.

We got the executive suite which provided more room for our toddler to run around but there was poor room design. There were no outlets near the bed. No light switch near the bed. There were only two outlets in the entire room that was across the room from the bed. The light switch was also across the room from the bed. The worst was the bathroom. The shower curtain does not go around the tub, with every shower the water would leak onto the floor. The floor was basically flooded afterwards.

I really liked this location. It's close to everything on Haeundae Beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good also. I can't wait to see it when the renovations are complete. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Staff was very accommodating and switched out our room on second night due to rowdy neighbors. Overall rooms were clean, especially the bed and sheets. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The only downside was the loud ass drilling from construction that began at 7am.

Clean spacious hotel, really good location right in the heart of haeundae market/haeundae beach. We did run into an issue with the power, but the hotel was really quick to help by sending an electrician to our room to fix the issue.
