Overall very good however needs instruction booklet for heating controls and such as first night we had little to no hot water......then room floor heating was not on till later.....over window vents we never figured how to close.....

I’ve been to Busan before, but never Gijang-Busan. The room is spacious, clean, convenient, all the positive things for a trip for a family. We all wanted to stay longer because we just loved everything! Close to Lotte Mart, Outlet, a well-known temple, and some good food choices. Highly recommended!

These apartments are brand new. It's very clean and well equipped. We had trouble finding the right apartment building initially but that was fine once we have worked it out. We also had a car which made travel easier. This area seems newly developed so not busy as the main attractions.

Our 21st floor view of the ocean was amazing! Loved the view of the sea when the skies were clear, and we loved it when the ocean breeze brought in the fog! The apartment was super new, clean, and modern. Our family of 5 from Arizona fit comfortably in our 3 bedroom apartment. We loved it so much over the three weeks we stayed that we didn’t want to leave. It started to feel like home. We loved all the modern gadgets, such as the huge fridge, the washer and dryer, the oven, and the steam closet. I didn’t think we would use the steam closet for our clothes but we did. The cleaning and office staff were always very quick to send more supplies if needed. We utilized the fitness center. We ate at almost every restaurant around the apartment. Loved visiting Emart the convenience store. Visited many times! The location was incredible! Within walking distance, we had Lotte World, Skyline Luge, Haedong YongGungsa (a Buddhist temple), Lotte Mart, Lotte Outlet, Lotte Mall, and Lotte Cinema. To my surprise, there was even a skatepark nearby at Lotte Mall. The apartment had everything we wanted and more. Keep in mind, it is somewhat removed from the main part of Busan, but if you want a quieter place this is it. We could still reach Songjeong beach, Haeundae beach, and other inner city locations by bus, taxi, or subway. Just arrived back home but wish we could go back.

This is one of the nicest places I have stayed at with amazing views BUT it is rather far from most attractions in Busan. Very limited in dining options nearby and limited in activities/attractions. But the overall rooms/complex was extremely nice.

Not for none speaking and reading Korean travelers. Far from everything except the lotto mall. If the building wasn't new, I would only give 2 stars max. The towels provided were hand towels, the furnitures was dirty. The worst off all is the matress protectors, which felt like sleeping on the hospital bed. They have used a plastic bed wrap as a matress protector ( invest in proper matress proctors). One off the room usb isn't working. Suppose to have fresh towels in the morning daily, had nothing till I got to the reception on 2 nd day, still took me 10 minutes for them to understand what I was on about, due to lack off english. Also, the anoucemnet in the afternoon and evening is in Korean (Spooked us out the first time the annocement came through as we didnt expect the apartment to have board case annocements, wasnt informed), so if it's an emergency, we wouldn't have known. The admenitys was watered down. All instructions you need to scan QR code and watch a Youtube video. Was there for 3 nights wanted to leave after first night, been to Korea 3 times and stayed in apartments all 3 times this is the worst.

2 days are long

The apartments are located in a ghost town. Be prepared to spend some time on public transport or taxi to get to anywhere. Located 15km from Seomyeon area with restaurants and bars. Only attractions there are Lotte mall and Lotte world, as well as a temple. There was no servicing of the apartment even though we asked and confirmed with them. Terrible bed with a rubber wrap.
