Ancient Hotel that used to cater to Japanese tourists. I just happened to be in that area when it was time to sleep. Really nothing special, passably clean but rapidly becoming more and more dilapidated. The area is not the safest but the towels were plush! Perhaps a tad expensive for what it is.

This hotel had a strange smell- maybe because its possible to smoke in the rooms, but it also felt and looked very unhygienic. Breakfast held in the wedding room and run by one person entirely alone and often not even there! Order the Korean breakfast.......if you can find the gut who serves it. Nobody seemed to enjoy spending time in this hotel. Dull, unclean, in need of a total refurb and a bit creepy.

Location is good, with many restaurants and shopping stores nearby. Staff's English is poor. so you can imagine how difficult to communicate with them. But they were really trying to help. Really appreciate that! So if you are looking for a hotel with limited budget but a very convenient location, it's a good choice!

Talk about slumming. We stayed here one night as part of a tour group. Not only is this hotel old and showing it's age, it could use a full renovation. Hallways are dark, except by the elevators. If you are from the US, consider this a very old Motel 6, complete with legacy smoke smell from the 70's. Location is great though. Lots to do around the hotel from night clubs to restaurants and convenience stores.

The hotel is very old from inside out. We stayed in this hotel coz all other hotels in Busan within our budget were fully booked and moreover we came in a group of 16 persons. Most staffs in this hotel unable to communicate in English but lucky us, we have a korean tour guide. I think there is no restaurant in this hotel as our tour guide send us to nearby korean restaurant for simple breakfast twice. Our rooms were clean but there were 2 rooms we had, had cigarette smell so they use refresher spray to clear the smell. Room is provided with WI-FI, tv, fridge, hair dryer and basic toiletries. There is a convenient store right opposite the hotel and many pubs too. There is a shopping centre called Hyundai located within 13mins walking distance. Subway is within 10mins walk. Overall, it wasn't that bad staying here unless you cannot deal with old building.

Although this hotel's traffic is great but the service there is bad. Because the staff's English is't very well.

We flew directly to Busan as we stayed many times in Seoul and thought we took advantage to see other parts of Korea as well. What a disaster. The hotel's web page looked just fine, no luxury...and we only needed a hotel for 2 nights before heading to Seoul. And the price was low! From the moment we saw the building we knew we made a mistake, but there was no way back. I would rather not review the common areas, the room or the bathroom...Definitely the worst hotel experience ever! Would rather sleep on the train station! If you travel to Busan make sure staying at one of the beach hotels which offer international standards!

Hotel is located 5-7 minute walking from the subway station. Old hotel which needs renovation. No restaurant, only coffee-shop in the lobby. The room is bright and big, TV, free LAN, mini-bar. No safe, no kettle. Old furniture. The bathroom is OK. Overall it was great value for money. In fact 2 star hotel.

As a four-star hotel, it is poor in comparison to hotels like IBIS and others. The owner has sadly neglected its upkeep. It is very outdated. Furthermore, there is no restaurant to speak of. Breakfast is served on an individual plate. You're far better off eating breakfast at McDonald's.

We live in Seoul, South Korea and often visit Busan on weekends. We always stay at the Park Hotel on Gwangalli beach, but they were all booked this past weekend. We went to Busan for the fireworks festival, and this was one of the only hotels available. If I would have known how bad this hotel was, we might not have even gone down to Busan for the weekend. The hotel is in a terrible location with nothing much around it. It is not close to anything, especially not the beach. It doesn't have any good places to eat around it either. The most important thing to note is the fact that my fiance and I are both covered in bites due to bed bugs and mosquitoes that were everywhere. The hotel also says it has a buffet restaurant, coffee shop, and grill. It has none of the above except for offering breakfast from only 7-9AM! This hotel is old, dirty, terribly located, and worst of all, bug infested! Do not stay here!
