The home is equipped with a smart lock. Guests will be emailed the password within the "welcome packet". Unless needed, there will be no interaction between guest and host because pg the smart home system.

The home is a total of three floors.

First floor- Laundry Room, Den with futon, Bedroom with two twin beds, & full bath/shower.

Second Floor (main floor) Fully stocked kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, den, large stone fireplace, television, bathroom, and two bedrooms.

Third Floor- Master bedroom and full bath with jacuzzi tub. Loft with library and games.

Pilots and their families appreciate the ease of access provided by the 2,875-foot runway on top of the mountain, making this a true fly-in community. This convenience provides flexible work and travel opportunities. While Mountain Air is a fly-in community with its own runway, nearby regional airports provide ready access to national and international travel.

This home is located over, 4,000 feet above sea level and sits upon an extremely steep paved driveway. In times of inclement weather such as but not limited to snow, rain, ice, or sleet, 4X4, AWD, or Snow Chains may be required to make it to the property.
