Our check-in time was delayed until 7pm as we waited for the room to be cleaned. When we went into the room, it was apparent that no housekeepers had been in to clean it. The bed was not made up and had dirty sheets from the previous guest. The towels in the bathroom were all over the floor. When we went down to the front desk to request a different room, we were told that there was one available on a different floor. They gave us a new key card and when we tried to enter the new room, there was already a guest staying in there that we walked in on. An employee from the front desk said he made a mistake and gave us the wrong room number and offered to show us the actual room. When we went up to the new room with him, there was a whole family already staying there that he walked in on. We did not end up staying at this property and were forced to drive home 5 hours away due to the poor facilities and service. We will never stay at this hotel chain again.

The experience was nice but the plumbing was terrible. However, the staff was very pleasant.

Staff pleasant. Room uncomfortable no air conditioning. Hotel staff said many rooms air not working. They gave us a fan. Room was so humid and hot rug was wet. Very disappointed. Had to stay nothing else available. Definitely not woth the money.

Arrived at hotel just after 3 and checked in. Room wasn't done when I went in. Elevator and hallways not in great shape but room was very comfortable once it was done. Shuttle was available at 4 am so that was a big plus.

Excellent customer service was provided by Autumn at the front desk. She helped me check in for my flight and even gave me a later check out time to accommodate my needs. My visit to Burlington for a UVM graduation was highlighted by the care I received at this hotel.

Check in took 2 minutes. Not long and drawn out! The staff had no problem with our late check out! They didn’t charge us and were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend. 👌

The front desk and bar employees really need to remember who pays their paycheck. Out of the 3 front desk employees and the bartender we found only one to be polite. The bartender was very inattentive, it took at least 1- 2 full minutes before she even acknowledged our existence. At that point there were only 4 other people. Then a front-desk girl brought 2 vouchers for free drinks in and gave 1 each to 2 men and a big deal was made of it leaving us to feel like we did not matter. The last straw was when we decided to get another drink the bartender ignored us. So we definitely will never stay here again!

So the first two night of my three night stay we had the do no disturb sign on the door. The third day we did no and I expected the room to be cleaned and it was not. I had to ask for fresh towels.

The room smelled musty. Not pleasant. Location to UVM and price are good, but you can see why it is cheaper than others nearby. The appearance and lobby are quite nice.

I had called the night before to request a late check out and was told no problem. The next afternoon when I returned to the room it had been cleared out and painted. Luckily I had most of my things with me, but now that I'm home I'm realizing more and more things that are missing that they had cleared from the room. Enjoy my things Holiday Inn.
