This bright, spacious 2nd floor 3 bedroom apartment is centrally located in downtown Burlington close to the shopping and dining district. It is perfectly located for exploring Burlington. Many of the restaurants, shops and locations of interest are within walking distance. Church Street (pedestrian only city center) is 3 blocks away and the Waterfront Park is 4 blocks away. South on Pine Street are more noteworthy shops, restaurants and breweries.
The entire apartment and second story porch are yours to enjoy. There are heat pumps in each bedroom and the kitchen for heating and cooling the apartment.
