Only complaint is when you show up 20 minutes early after driving 2.5 hours to be told it will be an additional $11 to check in early even though he did say they had rooms available. Kind of silly in my opinion so we sat in the lobby and waited 20 minutes, then got up and checked in. I would rather put the $11 in a slot machine."

"First, there was no hot water the entire stay. I checked in around 6 PM and was told the boiler had been turned back on and I would get hot water soon. I waited until 2 AM—still no hot water. The next morning, there was still none. On top of that, the shower wouldn’t drain properly. I called to speak to a manager, but he was not helpful and never followed up. I was unable to take a proper shower the entire weekend. Housekeeping was also a major issue. I had my Do Not Disturb sign on, yet staff entered my room twice without knocking. I told them we were checking out the next day (we had to use Google Translate since they didn’t speak English), and they acknowledged it. Despite that, about an hour later, another housekeeping staff member tried to enter again while I was getting dressed. Thankfully, I had the safety chain on. To be honest, the situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The food at the restaurants was also underwhelming, and prices were extremely high (for example, $10 for a bottle of Fiji water). On the last night, a group of about 10 people were partying loudly in a nearby room for over 2 hours. There was no response from security or management, despite the disturbance. The rooms were somewhat clean, but overall, the experience was unacceptable for the price"
