The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. My room was cleaned and thoughtfully reorganized every day. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly throughout my stay. They even gave me a gift at check-out, which was a lovely surprise — and that’s not even mentioning the welcome gift at check-in, a pack of masks that I found very thoughtful. The room had everything I needed, making my stay very comfortable. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, with many great bakeries, restaurants, and bars nearby.

Smoking Room for non-smoking person

I booked a non-smoking room through Hotels.com. But I was offered a smoking room because of lack of communication between the platform and the hotel. Since no other room was available, I was forced to stay in that room for a night. That was terrible. But with the ionizer provided by the hotel, I felt a little better. But this is really poor & I wasn’t offered any discount for this.

Overpriced hotel. Although rooms are large, it’s very basic in design and amenities. Cheap mass produced soaps were provided. At this price, I expected better quality amenity in the room. Mini bar wasn’t even provided.

Everything is ok, except they are too many of invoice received from my credit even before I check-in. I have checked with the hotel front desk they ask me not to worry. So hopefully in the end I will receive only the room charges (not holding charges)
