Its centrally located and close to various shops and centers. We come here most years to attend the Erie County Fair. We've stayed here for the past two years and are extremely pleased with this hotel. Its easy to get to and a well kept property. The breakfasts are good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We'll be back again.

Stayed from August 6-9, had a wonderful time with my Mom, grand-daughter, and dog. Staff was great, well informed, and customer oriented. Every staff member I encountered seemed pleased to have us stay at their property and could answer my questions about the area. They went above and beyond. This is an older Residence Inn, but was very well kept. The breakfast in the morning was awesome, as well as the mix and mingle in the evening. There were a lot of restaurants on Maple Rd., which also allows for a nice alternative for food. It took us about 25 minutes to get to Niagara Falls, due to heavy traffic on the bridge, but there are a lot of parks nearby if you just want to see a body of water and have a quiet picnic or a early morning run with your dog. I would 100% stay here again.

This was a great hotel! Our room was very clean and in a good location. Breakfast was pretty good; I wish they would move the waffle irons though. The inevitable traffic jam there blocked the eggs and biscuits and gravy.

Spent 2 nights here while attending a dog show. The hotel is pet friendly, the grounds are well kept, the rooms are spacious and very clean. We stayed in a room at the back and it was very quiet. The place is like its own little village.

I was booked here for work upon arriving. Found out - no restaurant !! Disappointment turned to impressed. They offered to shuttle me to local restaurants and also returned for me !! My room was a small suite, well decorated with quality appliances- full fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Dishes and coffee maker. living area with work desk and plug in technology . Pool, snack room , and breakfast every morning ... WOW !! Staff is wonderful and accommodating .

We stopped Thru here and the room was big, it had a full kitchen, fireplace closets x2 and a sitting area all for a reasonable price. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was buffet style , very good. The motel was a short drive to niagra falls , would definitely stay here again. Of note the upstairs units are steps only so if you can do steps ask for ground floor .

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. After a week we did end up getting a suite because We found out we are staying longer. We travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels. What makes this hotel different is the breakfast!! Many items to choose from. Make your own waffles, make your own burritos, fresh fruit and cheeses, bagels, bacon ect... Of course it's always nice to have your own kitchen and dining room. I liked that there was a loft with another room also. If you want a quite room get one in the back and an upper. Plus there are grills, benches and stray cats too watch. I took a star off because parking is a pain if you come in late, whoever painted the ceilings left major streaks and sometimes when We had the room cleaned they didn't re-up the supplies.

A frequent traveler, I am always appreciative of hotels that hire customer-centric staff; modernized hotel-room furnishings; and recognition of Marriott-premium members. Not so much with this Marriott property – another first for this traveler. Across the categories, this Marriott property could use a few tweaks. First, recognize Gold/Platinum members when they check in. Marriott headquarters says to do so. Frequent business travelers earned it. Second, some younger staff members could have been friendlier. Try smiling. The older staff personnel were very professional and respectful. Lastly —on the upside—this Marriott property offers reasonable standard rates. The hotel is far enough, and close enough from the main airport: seven miles driving distance. The room accommodations were good, except for the squeaky floor. The bathroom towels were fresh and soft. The bed was comfortable. The lighting schemes were pleasantly ergonomic. The kitchen appliances worked. The mid-week happy hours were free. The complimentary evening meals were for purchase. Food truck brought in, however failed to show one evening while I was there. This property is located near I-290 freeway. I slept soundly. I rarely heard freeway traffic. Request room reservation for the second floor, facing west. Free parking. Free breakfast. Despite the hotel’s shortcomings, I will stay here again.

I am a Marriotts reward and SPG member. Here is what I have to say about my recent stay for one night at this hotel. The stay was great. Had no problems with room as such. Here are a few things... 1. Would be nice to have atleast one dedicated parking right in front of the room. I had to park my car a little bit away from the room which was inconvenient. 2. Since I was given the first floor, I could easily hear (floor noise/foot steps) from the people staying above my floor which was unexpected and a bit inconvenient as well. Would be great to have rooms noise proofed and eliminate floor noise from the people staying in 2nd floor with a better floor design. 3. The breakfast buffet was fantastic but we felt it was so congested/crowded. It will be great to have multiple areas for serving buffet so that amount of people would be split between multiple areas. With the current setup there was always a wait time for guest to get food and it was uncomfortably congested which does not suit Marriott standards.

Good location, friendly staff, very familiar residence inn property layout that we like. Housekeeping was not the best. Shower curtain had red dye stains, soap stand area in the shower was dirty with yellow stains. Breakfast preparations were ordinary. Scrambled eggs were very dry and didn't taste good.
