Cleanliness of the room was decent. Breakfast was below average - no decaf coffee, no options for tea, only syrup for waffles and no other toppings, hot items that were out (eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon) looked as if the day before’s leftovers were mixed in. Bed and room were comfortable. TV and channel options are limited.

The room was dirty - there was a used washcloth left in the shower and the counter was dirty. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had when staying at LaQuinta (we always stay at a LaQuinta when travelling and usually love the breakfasts), the bacon and sausage looked undercooked, even the waffles were not good and it's hard to mess up waffles. Next time I am in Buffalo, sadly, I will choose somewhere else to stay. :(

It took almost 30 minutes for us to get our room. At check-in, we were told the room was not ready and were offered another room that was not comparable to what we had booked. After waiting for half an hour, we finally received the original room. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. While checking the room, I received an electric shock from one of the switches, which is a serious safety hazard. Additionally, the washroom sink faucet was loose, several drawer handles were missing, and a few others were broken. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering basic safety and maintenance standards. I would not expect this level of service or condition from a hotel.
