Front desk suck and the way they tell you to take stairs to a third floor cause elevator is down cause of covid, i canceled my booking as soon they told me that

Main elevator was broken. Can hear other room clear as day no ice machine no pool. One cup in the room. No microwave or fridge. Terrible experience. Wouldn’t go back

The location was close to where I needed to be, and easy to find. The staff was friendly and very apologetic. Guests had to use service elevator because passenger elevators were not operating for all 4 days. I didn't mind that, but what bothered me is that the passageways to the service elevator was filthy. I walked on sticky floors every day. Due to COVID19 there was no housekeeping service - understandable, but I was not told that. There was no blanket on the bed, so I had to use bath towels to keep warm. I called the front desk twice for linen and none were delivered. The room clean, but very worn out furniture, bathroom faucet leaks, window screen torn, etc.

I didnt like that they gave us a room that wasnt clean at first , the pool floor moves and nothing looked like the pictures

I had four packages delivered to the hotel. Upon arrival, I asked for the packages. Numerous people said they would get them. This run around continued to the next morning. Lies from many different staff. All of my packages are still missing even though I have the dates and name of who signed for them. Staff was not apologetic except for one worker. Very disappointing since I stay at this hotel at least 3-5 times a year!

Low shower pressure. The closest clothes rack had no hangers. The complimentary coffee in the room did not include cream or sugar.

Staff was rude when we accidentally locked our keys in the room.. the room smelled like cigarettes even though it’s a non smoking property..

Good location. The rooms need updated, the pool windows leaked, and it was cold, painters tape hanging from window. Waited for someone to seat us for dinner... they did not come so we left and went to dinnner somewhere else. You have to pay for parking !!!

We were moved to 4 rooms before they found one with the right combination of beds, temp control, and no leaking ceiling. Room cleaning was cursory, with no vacuuming every day. System to keep track of which rooms are off line and how many beds are in each seem primitive. Manger was very responsive and apologetic; comped us breakfast. They're not ready for prime time.

The property was nice. It is being renovated so you can expect some issues. The front desk was super helpful and the restaurant bar was nice.

Definitely a work in progress. Bedding is a lot to be desired and tv was not the greatest.

We spent over an hour trying to get into our room until they figured out that the door was broken and had to be reprogrammed. It took an hour and a half for a maintenance person to come up and break in the door with a crowbar and tell us we couldn’t leave for the rest of the night because we would be locked out again. The ceiling was peeling and the windows were so foggy you could barely see out of them and the shower drained so slow it turned into a bath. The heater also made so much nausea that you could barely hear yourself think.

A great location and beautiful hotel! Bar was very nice and food service was open late.

Proximity to events was nice. Construction in the room above me at 8 am on a weekend morning was not. Nor was not having the bathroom near the restaurant cleaned before brunch. Or the food and drink running out before it was over.

Location is good, the place is shabby and dirty. Room prices are way too high for what it is. The front desk staff was great, both at check in and check out. Bartenders good but some hot head manager showing obvious disdain for one female bartender in particular in front of customers. I didn't eat there so no comments on restaurant. Pay for parking garage does not have adequate signage to guide customers to hotel. Some elevator buttons didn't work and lights were out on some buttons and on the walls.

They are working on it but there were spiders on a lamp and sand fleas in the carpet.
