The air conditioning was on full all the time and there was no way of turning it down, the patio doors didnt close as the air conditioning has a pipe whoch sticks through it so all you hear is the cars all night and it rained very badly and the rain basically flooded the room because of this. The bathroom was terrible too. The sink was cracked and leaked constantly , the bath had mould and rot all over it, the shower was a rainfall shower but only 2 drops came out of it so we had to wash using a cup and use the tap. Overall it was a terrible place who claims it is part of ramada but is worse than most hostels. Avoid at all costs.

Decepção

Tinha uma reserva de um quarto quádruplo com 2 camas queen, o espaço do quarto é ótimo, tem um mini cozinha, só que a prateleira que havia em cima da pina estava caindo, chamamos o rapaz da recepção para ver, ele disse é só não usar a prateleira. A torneira da cozinha enorme, quase maior que o vão da pia, estava frouxa, também mostramos para o funcionário, ele não falou nada. Iluminação tanto do quarto, quanto do banheiro deixam MUITO a desejar. Ao entrar no banheiro você dá de cara com a pia, a porta abre e bate no vaso sanitário, para acessar o vaso você precisa passar de lado no espaço que sobrou entre a pia e a porta, depois de contorcer para fechar a porta e acessar o vaso sanitário. Acho muito anti higiênico banheira que é box também, mas até tudo bem não ia usar a banheira mesmo, porém o rejunte da banheira estava com lodo muito mal limpo. De 4 diárias ficamos 3 dias sem acesso a internet nos quartos, quando perguntamos os funcionários não sabiam responder o que houve. Só havia internet na recepção. Os funcionários muito mal capacitados. Teve um dia que não limparam nosso quarto. Enfim, não recomendo e não volto.

Los colores que muestra la foto no los vi, todo muy frìo e impersonal. Le falta un poquito de mantenimiento. Y lo peor es el desayuno, que lo traen a la habitaciòn, pero sobre servilletas, no sobre platos, que tampoco hay en la cocinita, donde faltan cucharas y vasos. Una làstima porque està bien ubicado.

El hotel en general se encuentra en una muy buena ubicación , cercano a los puntos más turísticos de San Telmo. El personal que apoya tu estadía es bastante atento, lo que facilita muchas cosas para las personas que no conocemos a profundidad la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Deberían mejorar la accesibilidad de los enchufes , con sistemas más universales, ya que estuve con mi celular descargado durante toda mi estadía porque no tenía ningún lugar donde poder hacer una carga. Salvo por este inconveniente, puedo calificar mi estadía como bastante agradable.

O nosso check in foi desastroso. Ao chegar no hotel, fomos direcionados para um quarto que estava desarrumado.Posteirormente, no novo quarto, o frigobar não estava funcionando e tivemos que mudar novamente de quarto, que foi onde ficamos por 4 dias. Pontos negativos: Iluminação muito fraca, quarto com paredes sujas, talheres e copos que eram trocados diariamente estavam sujos, toalhas não eram trocadas com frequência, café da manhã bem simples Pontos positivo: ar condicionado muito bom, camas largas e confortáveis, sem carpete, boa localização. Foi bom pelo custo, mas não sei se voltaria a ficar lá.

Hotel normal recomendado sólo para un día

La atención en el check in fue buena, el empleado muy amable y nos facilitó el tema de la cochera, dado que no estaba incluida, y nos brindó una habitación superior por el mismo precio. La habitación normal pero con mucho olor a cigarrillo (no recuerdo si el establecimiento decía apto para fumadores) sobretodo por el tiraje del baño (que no tenía extractor). El depósito del baño se trababa y quedaba perdiendo, la primera vez solicitamos que la reparen y lo hicieron rápido, pero después pasó otras veces y pudimos solucionarlo nosotros. El desayuno es seco (no continental como figura en la descripción) y es en la habitación porque no cuentan con desayunador.

THe hotel and photos seems to be better than really is. The bedroom was with the walls dirty and the bathroom was small and awful. The breakfast you have to ask by telephone. My telephone was not working and I asked for change the device without success. The breakfast was not good, I spent four days and I had taken breakfast out of hotel.

La atención de los empleados, se ve opaca por las prestaciones del Hotel. Al menos la habitación que me tocó 1C, no le funcionaba la calefacción y las canillas no cerraban. Me hicieron un descuento por estos detalles, pero....el frío con el descuento no se fué y la regulación de la temperatura del agua para bañarse, al no cerrar bien....tampoco. No creo que regrese.

Contrairement au nom de l'hôtel, il ne s'agit pas d'appartements/studios avec coin kitchenette. Très basique, à la limite du bon état (problèmes quotidiens avec la chasse journée, à un moment donné, plus une seule ampoule fonctionnant dans la chambre etc...). Juste un petit évier avec un micro-ondes, sans vaisselle quelque ce soit, l'objectif étant que vous vous prépariez seul votre petit-déjeuner à partir des poudres diverses qui vont sont délivrées tous les matins dans votre chambre...

Qué desastre!

Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación muy pequeña, interior, solo cabía una mesita de noche, y con un armario de unos 30 cm. de ancho. Protestamos porque no correspondía a la foto que muestran en Internet y después de mucho rogar nos dijo que aunque pagábamos por una standard nos ponía una de ejecutivo, dado que íbamos a estar un mes. Esa sí era la foto que habíamos visto, amplia, con balcón, el armario más grande, un sofá y un sillón y una cama de matrimonio amplísima. Pero el colchón era de muelles y en un lado había un muelle suelto que nos arañaba la pierna al subir y bajar de la cama. Había 4 lamparitas, de las cuales 3 tenían la bombilla fundida, pedimos bombillas varias veces pero al final las compramos porque de noche aquello parecía un velatorio. Al bajar a desayunar el primer día nos dijeron que no había comedor, que lo servían en las habitaciones, lo pedimos y fue una sorpresa tan desagradable que el resto de los días salíamos a desayunar fuera (100 pesos argentinos diarios). Un día no nos pusieron papel higiénico y al pedirlo nos dijeron que no se lo habían traído, lo trajeron al día siguiente... Cuando llevábamos 13 días pregunté cuando nos cambiarían las sábanas, no había sábanas de nuestro tamaño de cama, tardaron dos días en llegar. Además el recepcionista encargado escuchaba mucho pero resolvía poco. Cada mediodía subían comidas a las demás habitaciones y resultó que era para enfermos de las provincias con tratamiento largo que eran de una Obra Social.

San Telmo Flats ticked all the boxes...great sized room, excellent air conditioning (necessary!) & a location with easy access to the sights of Buenos Aires. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but being served in your room was great! Staff all very friendly, assisted with taxi to airport etc.

Buenas habitaciones y ubicación. Mala atención

Lindo hotel cerca de la Av. 9 de Julio, habitaciones comfortables y bien equipadas. Respecto al personal, en la mayoría de las ocasiones no contestaban al "Buen día" o estaban contínuamente mirando el celular cuando los saludabas. Excepto el recepcionista que nos atendió al check in y check out que siempre se mostró predispuesto y con un saludo cordial. Por otro lado, el Wifi funcionaba muy mal, en ocasiones se nos perdía la conectividad.
