Great property in a great area of BA

The apartment is ok, the minimum. The location is ok and safe. Everything is "close", you can walk around but nothing is directly around the apartment. The management is beyond incompetent or polite to say the least. The cleaning staff and owner all seem nice enough though. The manager lady ruined the stay for me from the start by never replying to emails, lying and not answering the phone. She will do things on her time, not yours...even property maintenance. I was in a meeting for work when she sent the maintenance guy to "fix" the bathroom door that was broken, even before we arrived. This meant he made the somewhat functioning bathroom door unusable and left it that way, then decided to to the same to the front door of the apartment. So for multiple hours of the day the front and bathroom doors wouldn't work or close (no door knobs or locks) so we had to stay, and change our plans. Then later she sent him back, the maintenance guy was nice btw, just has a bad boss. Anyway she sent him back to fix the door, but let me know she had to leave and couldn't stay with him or monitor our things bc it was 5pm already.. So we changed our plans again and ended thanked the guy for fixing the doors then left about our day that evening. When leaving she did nothing but make sure the door was closed the second we left, no professional courtesy or decency at all. The anxiety, tempers and resentfulness of Argentines is unbearable hopefully the owner can find a new manager before she ru
