Worst hotel experience. The room was dirty — there was visible staining inside the toilet bowl when I checked in. AC could not be properly controlled, making the room uncomfortable all night. Staff was slow and promised to call me back within 20 minutes but never did. Valet service was painfully slow as well. Completely unacceptable for a Hilton. Never again.

Our air conditioner in the room was broke, room was too hot. They supposedly tried to fixed it the next day, and were supposed to move us to another room, but they never told us. Other than that, nice clean room, soft beds, good value. Close to Knotts Berry Farm.
