The rooms was clean - bed was comfortable - the staff were friendly - and if you need it there is underground car park. However the room was very small and the divider between en suite and bedroom was see through glass ! The door was opaque and the divider had opaque stripes but you could easily been seen. We were at the back so it was quiet at night and there was a good lift. I personally would have preferred to be closer to the river the street it was located in was a bit off putting.

Perfect location for exploring. 5 min walk to metro (underground) but easy to walk everywhere. Staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fine, although cauliflower cheese first thing in the morning was a new one on us!! Yes our room was "compact" but it was fine; we were only sleeping and showering there! Beds were comfortable and shower was lovely. Yes there is a clear window from the bed through the shower so you can watch the other person in your room shower/toilet, but only if you're that way inclined!! We would definitely stay here again.

Soho boutique hotel is located in a nice central area. The staff was friendly and helpful; we got a cattle for the whole stay and a fantastic umbrella for a super rainy day (without even asking for it). The room was very small and a bit stuffy- yet clean. The bed was quite comfortable but tiny for a couple (bad and a half, definitely not a double standard bed) with really bad pillows. That was unfortunate. Breakfast was standard and satisfying. Nothing special, but exactly what l would expect. I am not sure why the hotel is rated as a 4 stars hotel. If you treat the hotel as a 3 stars hotel, you would not be disappointed. The biggest plus is the location, great spot.

A small and cheerful hotel in the middle of Budapest. With small it’s small for a great personal service and the rooms are small very small.nice pleasant but small. Great staff great service. However I made the misstKe to eat the breakfast and it was all cold. Very cold which was a bit unfortunate. Next time I skip the breakfast but I will be back

I have just returned from the Soho having spent 4 nights here. It was a great stay and my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel was 2 tubes away from the International Bus Terminal and was a 30 minute walk to the River Danube. The 'Hop on Hop off bus stop was located not even 2 minutes from the hotel which was perfect for when we wanted to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were excellent, very friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived and checked in, the staff were quick to help and to be on hand for any queries we had and were very informative. Nothing we asked was an issue; we asked for extra pillows and were given them immediately and without any problems. They had a super recommendation for our tea one night and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Thanks for the recommendation, we had a great meal! The room was bright and perfectly clean. It was slightly on the smaller side and the air con wasn't great but the room was perfectly adequate for us and our needs. It was bright and had lovely art work on the wall. The bathroom was excellent, with a super power shower! Each day the beds were made up and towels were replenished upon request. Breakfast was lovely. There was a great choice of foods to have: cereal, bread, fruit, meat and cheeses, cooked sausages, eggs and traditional Hungarian delicacies including cake and pastries. We tried a 'sausage roll' type pastry with cheese and tomato sauce and it was very tasty! There were plenty of staff on hand during breakfast to replenish and refresh the food and clear tables. They were very efficient and very friendly. The hotel was located next to a shop and on the same road as many bars, restaurants and takeaway shops so plenty of choice for food and drink. The Ruins bars were literally round the corner and had excellent cocktails! Thank you for our fabulous stay- We had a lovely stay and would totally recommend the hotel to other travellers! Such a lovely, modern and friendly hotel!

The hotel is centrally located. We had a great stay. Keep in mind there are different room styles ... our room was rather small. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast served each day. Free Wi-Fi .

Once we got our bearings for Budapest, we discovered that the hotel was in a great location. Staff were extremely polite and helpful, from booking our taxi back to the airport and giving us detailed instructions on public transport to get there in the first place. Even when we had to go to reception twice in one night due to noisy neighbours, they dealt with it very efficiently. Lots of good recommendations for local attractions too. One slight odd thing was the see through shower into the room, but luckily my friend and I know each other well enough by now. Would definitely stay again.

Fab hotel, really clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived at noon and couldn’t check in for another three hours due to housekeeping schedules, however the team took our suitcases (so we could explore Budapest for a few hours without our heavy luggage) and they were stored away safely until we could check in to our room. The room was clean, modern and the beds were very comfy. Bathroom was spotless and the complementary shower gels, cap and shampoo were an added bonus. Breakfast was also good, an array of salads and some traditional Hungarian breakfast foods too. Cereals, plenty of bread, fruit salad and eggs etc. Fab location, right on the main high street and close to shops and a ruin bar called Szimpla Kert (which is also worth a visit!). Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Firat time here, room was small but functional. Could smoke on common balcony. Breakfast was perfect. Parking lot is under the hotel and could be reached only via car's elevator which takes longer then I would like to.

Stayed here for 5 nights. Was booked for 3 but because of my flight getting cancelled I had to stay an extra 2 . The staff where very helpful with this. All round the hotel was very good.. Breakfast is good ,could do with a few more things in it just.. The bar is not great a few pumps for beer and cocktails would be good.. A small fittness room would be a great addition as well.. Hotel all round is good.. Only down fall is if u need to get a hour in there is nothing to get the time in.
