I have returned from recently visiting Hotel Museum upon arrival the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful offering city maps, and resturant suggestions etc. we were not often in our room as we spent most of the day exploring the city, the hotel is incredibly well placed in the city centre just a 15 minute walk from the main square and strip of restaurants , there is a Tesco just around the corner from the hotel, sorry to sound like a typical tourist but this was incredibly helpful for grabbing a few bottles of water to walk around the city with! we loved that our room had a Nespresso machine in as we'd often be up early have a coffee in our room and leave to explore the city, our room was always immaculately cleaned with towels replaced our only criticisms of the hotel are that we were not impressed with the breakfast, there was a small selection some of which was burnt and smiley ,we were not sat at our table table and when struggling with the coffee machine we were not assisted all in all i would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nicely designed, clean rooms and good breakfast. It is also convieniently located for the City center and Jewish quarter with short walking distances. If improvements should be noted it could be that the bar/lobby area is little dark and apparently gives some noise to the rooms nearby. The breakfast room is also dark without windows, but... minor things. It would be really nice if the hotel had a roof terrace or something offering a view over the city :-)

have had a lovely time staying at this hotel. Great location , easy to get to so many places from here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. this is my second stay at this hotel and will definitely come again. The relaxation wellness area is so relaxing, enjoyed the spa and had a wonderful massage from Julian (Gyula ) the masseur. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Budapest.

We have just returned from four nights at the Hotel Museum Budapest and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is well equipped and relaxed, lovely rooms and breakfasts and very pleasant staff. It is ideally positioned for exploring Budapest and we would recommend it.

The place was under works but it did not bother us at all! It is a beautiful and affordable hotel. Very well located, not far from the Jewish quarter. Our room was massive with a balcony! And the staff was very friendly. We recommend it for a nice romantic stay!

The location of this hotel is OK - a bit of a walk to the centre of town. The reception desk is very welcoming - maps, advice etc, the public areas are modern and very spacious. There was good choice at breakfast. But, the rooms, the rooms are far too small. I have travelled to many places in Europe and stayed in many hotels and small rooms are normal - but the Hotel Museum Budapest takes the prize for the smallest rooms ever.

The hotel is off the busy street not far away from public transportation, bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean. Staff are nice. There is a safe in the room. It is a little far away from major attraction. At night when we came home around 11pm, it was a little far by walking.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, staff really helpful, everywhere spotless, breakfast good. Enjoyed the chilled ambience of the spa, had a couple if massages with Julian, I'm a therapist so I speak with knowledge, excellent!

My boyfriend and I stayed on the 6th floor in August on the first part of our Europe trip. Before leaving for our next destination, red bed bug bites started forming all over my legs. Now for the rest of our trip I'm trying to cover up the rash with long pants in the middle of summer. The only saving grace for this hotel is that the rest of our experience here was great. The bathroom was a little outdated but the bedroom and lobby were very nicely refinished. The staff was really helpful and the location was fairly central.

Stayed at the Hotel Museum Budapest 25th August for the weekend. Staff very friendly could not do enough for you. They booked taxi, restaurants etc. Their recommendation was very good. Very smooth check in and check out. Nice Breakfast.
