The property was exactly as described and very clean. The check in and check out process was very simple and communulication was spot on. Great location and quiet apartment area too.

The place was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable, shower was very nice. Apart from that the place was adequate for our purpose, we only used it for sleeping and breakfast. Upon arrival we were expecting two pillows per bed and tea bags but this was not the case, however, after contacting staff they quickly sent someone round with extra pillows and some tea so cannot fault their customer service. Note that the stair case is very steep so might not be suitable for some, particularly older people. Situated in a good quiet location a short distance walk to public transport (metro, bus & tram) as well as many bars and restaurants.

The best part of the property is the staff—kind, responsive, and caring. Plus: a pinball machine! This is a top-tier place to stay and we highly, highly recommend.

Great if you’re staying a few days

We had an awful time getting from the train station to the room. David waited to check us in even though he was supposed to be elsewhere. We really appreciated that. We liked the room and all the extras that made it better than a hotel. Especially the washer/dryer. I’m sure they’ve considered this, but I don’t understand why they use physical keys instead of a keypad. Two items of constructive criticism: 1. More than one pillow per person 2. Larger and thicker towels.

Excellent place to stay when in Budapest, we would definitely stay here again. The flat is clean and located in a quiet building that seemed very safe. Many transport links within a short walk that get you to most of the main attractions very quickly. Staff was also lovely and super helpful (special thank you to Aleksandra!).

Great little find

Happy home blue was perfect for us . Great facilities , great location and help at the end of the phone if needed . Check in was quick with lots of useful advice given regarding places to eat and visit . Would stay again
