Had a weekend break 4 days with jet2 . Never traveled with these before and it was very good . Hotel a little dated but clean and warm .staff all helpful. The bar is a nice chilled out one . Hotel in a great location to walk anywhere around the city .
My stay in your hotel in Budapest have been very nice. Your staff in reception has been very helpful. The room its OK, enough size to visit the city, not to stay so much time in the room. Its really near to Vaci Utca one of the main streets in the city. The breakfast is very complete and good. The hotel has a good restaurant in the ground floor but the personal of it could be more friendly, I think they dont have good experience with tourists.
Great location, with awesome bar and restaurant area available. Ample breakfast. The rooms are typical European old town size. Well appointed bathroom. I’d stay here again and would recommend this hotel.
I liked that you change towels everyday. Bed was comfy however the pillowcases were not clean. That really matters. It was hard for me to breathe in the room, which means the carpets hold the dust and it is not clean enough. The location of the hotel was perfect. This made our life easier during the holiday. It was really nice that your hotel sent us a greetings message upon our reservation, however when i asked the airport transfer options you only offered the private airport transfer. I asked how we could get the hotel using public transportation but i havent received an answer. If you don't answer customer's question, i believe, you shouldn't send an email at all. I really wish that front desk staffvwould be nicer and more welcoming. I truly believe that this will help you increase your overall ratings on booking.com. I hope above comments will be helpful. Thanks for contacting me and for hosting us in your hotel. Wish you all the success, Best regards
We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel Erzsebet City Center in Budapest. The staff were friendly and helpful and our street facing room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual buffet kind of affair and you just helped yourself to as much or as little as you wanted with the staff replenishing stocks as required. Good choice of food and drinks. If I was going to mark it down on anything, the room cleaning could be improved and all in all it is starting to look a little tired with paint peeling off in the shower area and the shower was not cleaned during our stay. But all in all I would definitely use this hotel again.
Very pleased with my stay here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean. It is in a brilliant location, we walked everywhere from here. Lots of nice restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here and can't wait to visit Budapest again.
we went for a long weekend for my husbands birthday . The location is absolutely perfect situated right in the centre near to all the main sights . . The hotel staff were friendly and helpful . The food was lovely no complaints . The rooms were average , nothing special , cleaned on a daily basis but they were fine for a short stay . We had a lovely trip and would this hotel
We took a 4 night family city trip: 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We appreciated the hotel's kind and efficient staff. The hotel is in an ideal location to visit Budapest's major touristic places on foot. The choice for breakfast was large and tasty; a special mention for the excellent mini croissants and the lovely frothy capuccino. The rooms were basic but comfortable. At some point, an investment in double glazing to cut the noise from the street, in thick doors to insulate activity from the corridor, and in a renewal of the bathroom would be a significant plus.
The only thing which I found missing was that the blanket size was little small and tea kettle was not in the room. Anyone coming from India IAS always find of having tea at his own time and will. Thanx.
Just come back from a fantastic time in Budapest. The weather was fantastic for sightseeing. The hotel was comfortable and really central for everything. The beds were really comfortable but unfortunately it can be quite noisy outside at night, so didn't sleep very well. Breakfast had great choices, cooked and continental you certainly won't starve. Budapest itself is fantastic and you can walk for miles. The hop on hop off bus is excellent and it also includes a boat trip on the Danube. We will return
