On the first floor is the living-dining area, kitchen, half bath, private study, and master bedroom with en suite. The TV over the fireplace has cable and streaming accessibility. The open staircase leads to the second floor and a lower-level staircase below leading to the garage for easy access. On the second floor are two other bedrooms, a full bath, and loft that overlooks the living room with a TV for streaming only.
