Responsive and accommodating host! Quiet neighborhood. Great A/C. Comfortable bed. Everything you need including chairs and umbrella for the beach. The romantic apartment is great for a couple or couple w 1 kid. I will say the ceiling beams are low in a few places so if you’re above 5’10” you might want to pick another apartment in this complex.

Everything worked as it should. Small problems were quickly resolved. Being seniors, we found the location a challenge, as the roads to the beach and the restaurants are very steep.

prior to our trip, Emilio was in contact with us extremely quickly if we had questions, etc. When we arrived the entrance instructions worked perfectly. We were extremely impressed with the upgraded materials in all of the property. Everything was immaculate!! Plus we have never been to a property that had so much attention to details, and had everything included that we needed; examples we beach chairs & umbrella, cooler bag, bar-b-que, fully well stocked kitchen items, etc. etc. We can HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Riviera and Emilio as an excellent property owner with wonderful staff!!!!

Our stay at Casa Riviera was excellent. We stayed in the Basic Apartment and it was great. It was really clean and nicely appointed. Full kitchen with bar counter and stools, living room area with a huge sectional and coffee table. Nice sized bedroom with bathroom. The balcony was huge with room for reclining chairs and a full table and chairs. We were providing with everything needed for the beach - beach towels, 2 chairs, and umbrella, and 3 different beach bags. The pool onsite was also great and we used it often. This is a great choice in Bucerias in a quiet area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The amenities and kitchen items provided everything I needed. The place was tranquil and quiet and comfortable. The A/C worked great (a must for me), the location was perfect. I had such a relaxing time and even planning to book again. A note to the owner that an information sheet explaining locking and unlocking the door would be most helpful as I had a difficult time at first trying to figure out the digital lock. However this was no hindrance to a perfect stay!

Kitchen was great! Large balcony overlooking the pool. The only drawback was the pool was very murky. We did not swim. Bedroom was great. Bathroom huge. Very nice place!

Everyone was so nice and accommadating. Christina,Berta and Emillio were extremely nice. The place had everything one could imagine especially in the yucatan room which comes with your own small pool. This last week of our vacation was the BEST thanks to all and we will see you all again next year for at least 2 weeks. ❤️ to all!

We liked the location on a quiet street and the suite was well-equipped for everything we needed. Spacious balcony and living room. Very nice pool. The property manager communicated promptly and clearly (in English) and was flexible when our plans changed.

Home away from home! The unit was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Nice to arrive and have some basic supplies in place. Centrally located on a quiet street. Short walk to restaurants, shops and beach. There is a friendly superintendent that visits daily should you need any assistance. We would stay again!
