Very clean as always and great communication. Parking was fine a little tight for a big truck with others who didnt park properly but we managed. We have stayed at several of your properties through the past four years and it’s been great. Always felt safe and super convenient to campus and Northgate. I always recommend to new parents. Whoop! Great apartment

This apartment was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms are very spacious and nice big comfortable beds. We come to the area after doctors visits and procedures for our son and it’s a great way to relax and recover from that, before our long drive home. The apartment has everything you need, and having a washer and dryer is very nice. It was very clean, and really a great stay.

This was a great fit for our family! It was a perfect location and space was great for relaxing in the evening. Everything was clean and just as advertised. We really appreciated the Keurig and coffee/accoutrement provided to help us get going in the morning!

Great location, clean and prompt communication

Great location we were able to walk to Kyle Field (20 min). It was very clean, plenty of towels, allowed my fur babies (labs) and had great instructions on how to use the TV, check in/out, what to do before we left and a long list of local restaurants, even though we have been coming to CStat for years there was some we had not heard of before! Parking is tight but when neighbors had visitors I contacted the owners and they promptly call the other occupants and got them to move their car so I could get out.
