I stayed here for 3 nights with my young daughter. The room was very very comfortable and spacious. We looked forward to coming back to it after a long day of sightseeing! Loved the Nuxe toiletries, nice touch. Excellent location if you are visiting Brussels as a tourist, Schuman metro stop just a couple of minutes walk away. I would say this has been one of my most comfortable stays.

One of the largest hotel rooms you will find in Brussels. Great location. But as already said many times by others here, the rooms, furniture etc is desperate for a refurbishment. Considering lowering the price per night or please renovate in order to justify the high cost of staying here.

Good stay

Nice hotel and friendly staff, good location. The only glitch I had was the AC switching down to 18c all the time. Not sure if there is a trick I missed to change the setting to a higher temp.

This old, 90th-style flat. Everything present from this time, significantly outdated. Stuff not very helpful. I reported that the TV and entrance hallway lights do not work. In 4 days, nobody will come to fix these. The Small fridge did not work at all, and another one, bigger, quickly freezes all your stuff. And no chance to adjust.

Apartment hotel. Close to EU office and at a better price than others nearby. If you’re only looking for a base, somewhere near EU office and to explore the city then this is fine. Metro and bus stop nearby. Pub and some restaurants close by. Otherwise the area is quiet and not many tourists around.
