It is a very cute, small and lovely place. We were expecting a small sofa-bed. But there is a very comfortable bed for two people can sleep non-stop. The place is small but decorated intelligently so you can find anything you need and it is very near to center. Also Gregory and his wife are very helpful and friendly. We loved Olives.

Be in the heart of Brussels

Very well appointed small apartment in the heart of Brussels. Close to public transport but easy to walk to Central Station, the arts area and attractions. Access to the first floor apartment via a narrow winding staircase may be difficult for some people.

Comfortable, compact, convienient.

Handily located for exploring the centre, about a max 20 minute walk from most conference centres v this ideal for business or pleasure. It's a bustling location with vibrant cafe nightlife until midnight, literally on the doorstep. The church clock bells don't ring after 21.00 The staircase is akin to a spiral ladder, smaller bags are easier, but it is real taste of the old architecture. Interior is to a good standard with quality furnishings and appliances.

Lovely accommodation!

The accommodation was both extremely well located, very clean, modern and spacious. Overlooking city centre Brussels, the apartment was approx 5 min walk from the Square and other key landmarks. The landlords were extremely helpful during our stay there by periodically messaging us checking that all was okay during our stay. Would highly recommend the flats, and can't wait to come back again!

Me senti morando em Bruxelas

Como não recebi antecipadamente nenhum email com os procedimentos do check in, consegui obter as instruções de self check in por SMS (o que pode ser um problema para quem não tem um celular operando em roaming). O prédio se localiza em um excelente ponto da cidade, ao lado da Gran Place, ao redor da qual ficam as principais atrações de Bruxelas. Dá pra fazer quase tudo à pé. Nas imediações, há muitas opções de bares, restaurantes, lojas, chocolateries etc. Todo o edifício (de esquina) pertence a um casal, que, apesar do pouquíssimo contato, parece ser bem simpático e refinado. Durante a nossa estadia, eles estavam inaugurando um sofisticado Wein Bar no térreo, local que certamente vale a visita. Como um dos propósitos da minha viagem era degustar as fantásticas cervejas belgas (e são infindáveis rótulos), não sobrou tempo livre para vinhos. Quanto ao flat em em si, ele é perfeito para um casal. Fiquei com o do primeiro andar. É pequeno, a bem da verdade, mas todo o mobiliário foi feito sob medida para ele, sendo tudo muito funcional e de muito bom gosto. A cozinha é completa, o banheiro é bom (a entrada do box só é um pouco estreita para os barrigudos) e o sofá-cama é de primeiríssima qualidade - muito confortável. Só não aconselho essa hospedagem para quem: - tenha sérias limitações de locomoção; - esteja viajando com malas enormes e pesadas; - seja bagunceiro (pois o apartamento é muito bacaninha e não merece ser maltratado). Voltarei, com certeza, a me hospedar aqui.

Tout était très bien sauf que nous n'avons eu samedi et dimanche ni eau chaude ni chauffage . UN séjour sans chauffage ça passe mais sans douche c'est vraiment gênant !!!

Appartement idéal pour un week-end à Bruxelles

Petit appartement idéal pour un long week-end à Bruxelles à deux, il se trouve à 5 minutes a pied de la Grand Place dans un quartier animé. Il faut monter 2 étages à pied pour accéder à l'appartement refait de neuf avec une cuisine indépendante et un canapé lit confortable dans le salon Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, tout était expliqué pour l'arrivée.
