The apartment features three bedrooms: two bedrooms with comfortable double beds suitable for adults, and a third bedroom with a bunk bed, ideal for children. The bright living area offers comfortable seating, a dining space and plenty of natural light, making it ideal for relaxing or working remotely. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals easily during extended stays, creating a true home-away-from-home feeling. This apartment is exclusively rented as a primary residence for longer stays of at least 1 month (30 days) by the same tenant.

In accordance with the Flemish Housing Code and the Residential Tenancy Act, this property may only be rented for long-term periods and is not available for short stays. These regulations apply to all rentals and are clearly stated in all promotions, including Airbnb listings.

The apartment is rented solely as a main residence. All occupants are required to register their official domicile at the address of the apartment with the local municipality for the entire duration of the rental period.
