My friends and I stayed at Hotel Acacia during our 2 night stay in Bruges. What a wonderful hotel! The room were clean and very nice. We had the superior family room and it had 2 sleeping areas (one could be closed off with French doors in you chose to do so) which was perfect for us! The location was great. The hotel was a very short walk to the market square and the shopping area. It had a nice little courtyard where you could relax. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Bruges!

Very hot in room . Not safe around area.

Location is great. It's just between the two main shopping street. Just 2 mins walk to the market square. The in-room hair-dryer is a joke. It's so outdated that it doesn't dry anything. Luckily there's a modern one for rent in the reception. Overall it's a great stay here.

very good hotel except the bed that was very uncomfortable all the other things were excellent the room size the cleanliness the location the staff

Location was superb - walkable to everything but on a quiet street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was pretty room was spacious and sunny decor was pleasant if a little dated not fond of the 2 twin beds pushed together with a gap and separate bedding. I loved having a fridge and safe and free wifi, but missed a few of the other common European amenities like a water kettle, makeup mirror and towel warmer. TV wasn't bad but "In Bruges" should be rentable or running on a continuous loop, at least for English-speaking guests! Good value, though, and charming overall.

Location was excellent - very close to main square. Nice hotel, but for the price, I would expect breakfast to be included, not cost 15 euro extra. Beware of the shower. What appeard to be attached to the top of the tub was a swinging glass piece so water from "shower" was running over the edge of the tub and we nearly flooded the room.
