Grand Hotel Casselbergh Bruges

Great little city....beautiful walking, old world architecture, great restaurants and bars, smoker friendly, very dog friendly (dogs are allowed in the restaurants). The Casselbergh was in a great location. The breakfast was yummy and the front desk went above and beyond to help you out with anything you asked. I can only say 2 negative things about my stay in Bruges and they have nothing to do with the hotel..... 1) it’s a bit of a tourist trap and 2) the weather sucks!!!!!!!

After a long day of travel from England, we arrived tired and hungry at Grand Hotel Casselbergh. The staff was welcoming and we quickly noticed how central to all the sites it was located. Throughout our stay, we were always able to quickly pop in and head back out due to its convenient location. Breakfast was included every day which was a huge perk. It was also quiet which was a requirement for us. Highly recommend!

Close to shopping & restaurants. Staff very helpful and amazing breakfast on fine linens. This hotel has history. By far the best of the 4 hotels we visited. Wish we had more time there.

You will not find a better hotel option in Brugge! We were so impressed by the customer service, the beautiful building, the cleanliness of the room, the delicious breakfast, and the location! I'm very picky when it comes to hotels, and this gets 5 stars from me!

Overall this is a good hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The check in is a little bit inefficient; otherwise, I had great experience.

A bit of old world charm coupled with an efficient, up-to-date hotel experience. Every member of the staff that I encountered provided active and accurate assistance. They listened to my silly(but important to me) tourist question with an attention that seemed amazing as they must have heard the questions hundreds of times previously. Then they provided comprehensive answers and map locations. The breakfast offered was well-prepared and provided many options. The service, when needed, was impeccable.

Have no doubts about choosing this fantastic hotel, everything about it is right, from location to room decor, to service.

Nice hotel in great location. Good breakfast, nice spa area with steam room, sauna, and small fitness area. Room had canal view and was comfortable but small. WiFi was free but was very weak in my room. Parking is 25 euros per night. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was perfect for the three of us with a loft for our son. A bit pricey but all in all worth it

Lovely large rooms with chandeliers/large bathrooms - not what you expect in Europe.

This place was amazing. The rooms were large and very comfortable and the staff was helpful. The lounge areas are particularly nice for hanging out.
