When we landed the hotel main lobby was closed and was outside for a good amount of time. Called inside and realized the front desk person was sleeping. After a long try someone opened the door for us to check in. Next day morning breakfast was not good stale boiled eggs.

The greatness of customer service fromvthe staff at this facility was awesome. My family and I were there to bury a loved one. We checked in with no problem but upon return our key card would not work. We notified the front desk (Mr. Joel) and he immediately took care of the problem, from check in to check out was beyond amazing. Thank you 😊

The staff was very courteous. The room was clean. The breakfast wasnt what i expected. They were doing a remodel so im sure once they get back to their regular room everything will be good again. Neighbor was safe and family friendly, off the interstate. It was walking distance to a chinese buffet, cracker barrel, several convenient stores and a walmart. I would definitely would stay there again.
