One primary suite with king bed + wardrobe + full ensuite bathroom with sleek walk-in shower + access to the outdoor deck. Two private secondary bedrooms with king beds. Bathroom with tub/shower combo + quartz countertops + custom Riad tile throughout.

🌅 ESCAPE
700 sq. ft. deck runs the length of the cabin's indoor living space for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Covered hot tub to enjoy rain or shine. Gas fire pit + grill on deck, both hard lined to propane. Stairs from the deck lead to space for kids to run + fire pit in the woods with plenty of room to gather around. Guests will also have access to a play-set shared between the three other cabins on the cul de sac. Private, gravel driveway and parking spaces.

2 dogs max (must not exceed 50 lbs each) — fee required.

Unavailable for use from June through October 1st.

⚠️ Sport Court Use
Please handle the sport court equipment with care and return it to its designated area after use to avoid any potential charges.

🌡️ Pool Use & Heating
A non-refundable pool fee covers weekly service and chemicals. Optional pool heating is available November 1–May 31 for $200 (first 3 days) + $40/day after, if requested. Managed by the property manager, typically stays 75–85°F (exact temperature not guaranteed). Heater is turned on the day of arrival. Heating unavailable June 1–October 31.

🛠️ Mechanical Issues
If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get them back in working order. Refunds are not provided for mechanical failures. We do our best to notify you if a certain amenity is not in working order before arrival.

🔑 Guest Access
Guests will have full private access to the cabin via secure pin code sent prior to arrival.

Woodland Hills is a unique new development in Broken Bow, offering more privacy and peaceful surroundings than other developments. The cabins in Woodland Hills feature custom designs that are truly special.

🛣️ Dirt Road Access
"Of all the paths you take in life, make sure a few of them are dirt." The cabin is located 4 miles west of 259 down Cress Road (dirt road). Regularly maintained, suitable for smaller sedans, though an SUV or larger car is recommended. Driving directions are provided via the digital guest guidebook prior to arrival.

Hartwood has exterior cameras monitored for security purposes.

Hartwood is managed by The Hills Cabins—luxury portfolio of custom cabins in the exclusive Woodland Hills development in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. After booking, guests must submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign the rental agreement. If bringing a pet, disclosure is required. Contactless self check-in; code sent 3 days before arrival.
